An extremely old and pricey hotel with no updates.
Pros:

The location is convenient. and the free parking.

Cons:

The hotel is poorly managed. You can tell it hasn’t received any updates since years ago. The A/C at the rooms is extremely old and very unstable and noisy. The floor on the rooms are uneven and cracked. And the curtains are dirty and old.

No le han dado mantenimiento al hotel, el piso de los cuartos en partes levantado, el clima hacia muchísimo ruido que no dejaba dormir, el hotel en general decente los cuartos pésimos, y la atención del personal bien

Excelente opción para relajarse
Pros:

El cuarto es muy cómodo, mi habitación se encontraba en el primer piso lo que lo hizo muy conveniente, el área de restaurante estaba muy bien, el personal es excepcional, muy amables y atentos todos, el servicio a la habitación también es muy bueno, bastante rápido y la comida del hotel estaba bastante bien

Cons:

Creo que la televisión de la habitación podría estar un poco más actualizada, solamente permite ver programación por cable que si bien cuenta con varios canales premium, sería agradable poder usar servicios de streaming

El personal muy amable. Instalaciones buenas y cómodas

Cons:

El ascensor no llega a las habitaciones del primer piso y no hay rampa para que pasen las maletas. Hay que cargarlas con ayuda del personal.
