Pros:

la comida fea el aroma horrible todo el espacio sucio una pobre mesera cuando le pregunte a la de recepción que pasaba pk habia caído tan baja la calidad y me dijo pues desde que se hizo express perdió todo con una cara de decepción horrible asi que ojo ahí

Cons:

La reservación la hice unos minutos antes. Al llegar, la puerta de recepción no funcionaba y tenias que entrar por el restaurant. Mi reservación no la veian en su sistema. Me hicieron esperar en recepción. Cuando por fin logro que me atiendan despues de reenviar el correo de Confirmación de Booking.com, le piden a la Guardia que ayude a subir maletas. La unica habitación disponible estaba en el tercer piso. Cuando pregunto por el elevador me dicen que NO HAY. Les pedi que me reembolsaran porque no iba a subir con dos adultos mayores los tres pisos a la habitación. Me hicieron el reembolso de inmediato a mi tarjeta.

Pros:

Desayuno bien, quiza poco más de lo normal, habitaciones amplias y cómodas, algo retirados los trayectos para llegar a la habitación.

Cons:

EL BAÑO, como es posible que tenga puerta de cristal una habitación familiar? a que arquitecto se le ocurrió esto? ésto pudiera ser la razón del porque no volvería.

El hotel se ve viejo y descuidado, tanto que cuando llegamos y no había agua por estar haciendo una reparación (si la se hubiera hecho por la noche no hubiera sido notorio) y el clima hacía un ruido excesivo qué fue difícil poder dormir.
