Cons:

El hotel se ve viejo y descuidado, tanto que cuando llegamos y no había agua por estar haciendo una reparación (si la se hubiera hecho por la noche no hubiera sido notorio) y el clima hacía un ruido excesivo qué fue difícil poder dormir.

Recepción y mantenimiento muy amables.

Cons:

El servicio de desayuno, platos sucios por todos lados, ni había platos ni cubiertos, le pedías al personal pero te lo daban de mala gana. Deberían mejorar la experiencia del desayuno para ser un Fiesta Inn deja mucho que desear.

Cons:

El hotel esta en pésimas condiciones, no le han metido un peso desde que lo construyeron, todo esta viejo y desgastado, en la habitación no hay ni siquiera cafetera, las toallas amarillas de lo percudido, te dejan una misera botellita de agua, en casi cualquier lugar te ponen dos. La verdad no vale lo que cobran.

El estacionamiento podrían modificar la distribución, estan los cajones muy mal distribuidos y mucha dificultad para estacionarse.

Buen desayuno. HAY QUE PONER ATENCION EN LIMPIEZA Y PRESENTACION DE BAÑERA

El desayuno buffet está bueno y algo variado.

Cons:

No me agradó la limpieza de la bañera del baño, se notaba algo de moho restante y que ya requiere remodelación o máxima limpieza por lo menos.

Nada, el hotel estaba lleno y no contaban con personal suficiente, no había toallas, el cuarto estaba sucio, el bufet vacío, sucio y desordenado con solo dos personas trabajando lo cuando había hotel lleno, no había salvavidas ni equipo en la alberca por alguna emergencia
