Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas cómodas. La hacienda tiene espacios muy agradables, tanto en interiores como en exteriores (jardines, viñedos). La alberca muy limpia y la temperatura muy agradable.

El lugar y sus instalaciones son maravillosas.
La mayoría del personal tiene una excelente actitud de servicio.
Todo el tiempo te están tratando de vender algo adicional. Paquetes, servicios o consumos.
Lamentablemente hay algunos y subrayo algunos, meseros con falta de actitud para servir.
Aunque el costo de alojamiento me parece muy razonable, el del comedor, me parece algo alto.
Las amenidades, todo está muy bien cuidado

Los precios son en general altos.
Las instalaciones son preciosas, la atención del personal es excelente. Tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unos excelente días. El Brunch dominical delicioso.
La iluminación, limpieza y ventilación de las habitaciones es muy deficiente.
La limpieza de la alfombra y baños en la habitación, ni que decir que un día ni el intento hicieron de ir a limpiar el cuarto. La comida, el sabor en sí es muy malo en prácticamente todo lo que no es desayuno (el cual está limitado, sus bufett o brunch son miserables). Demasiada gente gendiendo su tiempo compartido y todos andan en unas fachas dignas de ir a pedir limosna.
Las instalaciones son extraordinarias, adecuadas para toda la familia. La atención del personal es de nivel superior. Las actividades fueron de primer nivel: en la alberca, en los restaurantes, en las fogatas, entre otras

My family and I had such a special stay at Hacienda Galindo Resort & Spa. The hotel looks beautiful in photos, but it’s even more stunning in person. Honestly the prettiest place I’ve ever stayed. Every turn on the grounds felt like another incredible view.
What really stood out was the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the pool and restaurant was so warm and welcoming. Even just a simple hello every time we walked by meant a lot.
My 9-year-old daughter had the best time. The pool is amazing, and she loved the farm and visiting the animals. That was the highlight for her. It’s a great spot for both families and couples since it’s big enough to also feel quiet and relaxing.
Our room was clean and exactly what we needed. We originally planned to stay two nights but added another because we loved it so much. Already counting down the days until we come back.
Highly recommend for both couples and families.
