PÉSIMO SERVICIO
Cons:

¡PÉSIMO SERVICIO! No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto. Nuestra experiencia fue muy desagradable, ya que no nos dieron habitación y, para empeorar las cosas, tanto el guardia de seguridad como el personal de recepción nos atendieron de una manera horrible.

La actitud fue prepotente, la atención al cliente dejó muchísimo que desear y en ningún momento sentimos que tuvieran interés en ayudarnos a resolver el problema. Es increíble que un hotel pueda tratar así a sus clientes.

Uno paga por un servicio y espera, como mínimo, respeto, profesionalismo y una solución, no malos tratos ni indiferencia. Definitivamente, fue una experiencia decepcionante y una pérdida de tiempo.

Si están pensando en hospedarse aquí, piénsenlo dos veces. La atención al cliente es pésima y no volvería a elegir este lugar.

Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel son cómodas, amplias

Cons:

El cuarto es cómodo, amplio, tiene un problema eléctrico, el circuito de luz es de todos los focos, no se pueden apagar infividualmente, lo que provoca que se tengan todas las luces prendidas, si se desea entrar al baño por la noche se debe poner el ciucuito general y si alguien está durmiendo se le prenden las luces del área de la cama porque no se pueden de manera separada. Eso si es un tema, es o todas las luces o nada.

Pros:

La ubicación, hacia donde me tenia que mover fue muy buena.
No tuve la oportunidad de probar algún alimento preparado en el lugar.
El tamaño de la pantalla es bastante buena.

Cons:

No me gusto que la habitación no cuenta con frigobar y horno de microndas.
No me gusto que el aire hacia mucho ruido y no era con control remoto.
No me gusto que no hubiera una caja de seguridad en la habitación.
La limpieza esta bien, pero podría mejorar.
