Otherwise the stay was very nice
Cons:

The breakfast was the same every morning. Was disappointing. And the guy who works it, while he kept items filled, was horrible at cleaning up. The hotel was full and busy and the food all over the counter and the floors and tables was nasty.

The location was good, staff were nice and room was clean.

Cons:

Pool area was gross, water was cloudy and dirty. Spa was out of order. Also ridiculously tiny. Room was much smaller than anticipated. Pull out couch was so uncomfortable and there were no pillows or blankets.

Pros:

Room was very clean and updated. They honored my requested for 1st fl. It was nice and quiet.

Cons:

No refrigerator or microwave in room. Had to bring a cooler because my power was out at residence

It was a decent hotel but can use some improvements

I like that breakfast was included in the stay they did keep a nice clean breakfast area and a nice variety of food that was actually pretty good

Cons:

What I didn't like about the stay was the bed was very uncomfortable, they didn't seem to want to give you extra towels when asked for 5 towels because my family of 6 needed more especially since we were using the pool the lady was like 5 towels like I was asking to much than proceeds to only give me 4

And I saw the same 2 bandaids in the pool area meaning someone didn't sweep that area for the 2 days I was there

It was close to our location. It was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to reassure us that our booking would be corrected. The breakfast was outstanding.

Cons:

We loved the property. We were disappointed with the initial confusion about our booking.com reservation versus our actual booking when we arrived at the hotel. The booking.com reservation was not received by the hotel, so we have been assured we would not be charged twice for the one night. We were staying at the hotel due to a power outage. It was a lifesaver.
