Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

I wanted to upgrade our room. Apparently because we booked through a third party they were not able to accommodate the request. I was treated differently just because I was not a rewards member who did not book through them. Had I known that it would impact my stay in such a way, I would not have booked there. I did submit the upgrade request through the third party site but received no reply. I was there in person, and I could see the available room, yet could not be moved. Someone needs to simplify this process. I should not have to go online when there is staff there to handle this. How ridiculous.

It was a good nights stay.
Pros:

The location is perfect for our event. Lobby is welcoming. Room was clean and tidy. It was not full of kids ands sports teams for this particular weekend, so that was a huge plus.

Cons:

We had a mixture of real dishes and plastic/ melamine type, the coffee cups were plastic, so we had to use the disposable ones;(

It’s really for teams and kids.
Pros:

The location is easy to get to.

Cons:

Parking is terrible, kids run the hallways till late at night.
The view out our window was a cliff.
The bathroom was small and not comfortable.
The bathtub was small and not well kept.

The room was fantastic, staff were kind enough to put a birthday bag of goodies in the room for my daughter

Cons:

Only thing I can think of is the kids wished the waterside opened before 4pm so they could have used it again the morning before checkout
