Die Lage war gut für einen Zwischenstopp, es war alles wichtige in der Nähe. Es gab einen Pool und Fitnessraum, das fanden wir toll. Das Restaurant am Hotel war auch super

Cons:

Das Bad war in die Jahre gekommen und bei der Toilette fehlte der Deckel. Auf dem Bett lag auf dem Bettlaken eine dicke tote Fliege, nicht so schön.

Stayed 1 night with my daughter, it was very expensive at over $200 a night for the most basic room and no breakfast included like most Best Westerns have. There was a complimentary machine to get specialty coffee's in the lobby though, and they were really good.
The view was nice and the outside had some nice flowers.
Our room was clean, and I have to say the bed was amazing. It was so soft and so were the sheets. It had a mini fridge but no freezer compartment in it.
The hot tub was only warm, not hot like a hot tub should be and my daughter noticed that it had a very dirty appearance, she was able to run her finger down the edge and a dirty film came off. There is a pool and also a separate waterslide that goes outside of the building but it is covered, we didn't use either of them because it was chilly without the hot tub to properly warm up in, there was also a sauna.
There is a restaurant located inside and it had good food but closed for breakfast at 10am

Great for a quick stay with kids.
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful. From check in to check out. And i totally forgot my toothbrush and it was absolutely not an issue they actually had one. My kids had a great stay too.

Cons:

I loved our room except the noise from the roads.

Good Stay
Pros:

Stayed one night for a stopover. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was the parking lot. Very small and tight especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.

I wanted to upgrade our room. Apparently because we booked through a third party they were not able to accommodate the request. I was treated differently just because I was not a rewards member who did not book through them. Had I known that it would impact my stay in such a way, I would not have booked there. I did submit the upgrade request through the third party site but received no reply. I was there in person, and I could see the available room, yet could not be moved. Someone needs to simplify this process. I should not have to go online when there is staff there to handle this. How ridiculous.

It was a good nights stay.
Pros:

The location is perfect for our event. Lobby is welcoming. Room was clean and tidy. It was not full of kids ands sports teams for this particular weekend, so that was a huge plus.

Cons:

We had a mixture of real dishes and plastic/ melamine type, the coffee cups were plastic, so we had to use the disposable ones;(

Terrible hotel
Pros:

We will not be staying there ever again. Could not use the pool as some kids had thrown soap in it and noone was there to clean/filter it, the fan in the bathroom of 329 would not stop. The electrical unit in the bathroom in 329 did not work so could not use my hair products, we booked room 2 rooms and neither room got serviced even though we did not hang anything on the door. The cleaners were outside the door when we left and we told them we were leaving for the day and to feel free to enter. We paid alot of money for subpar service. When we brought this to the attention of the staff..the clerk voiced she was the only one working but if I wanted sheet to do the beds, she could provide them. This was THE worst service and hotel ever in my life. We were offered nothing in return for this aweful and unbelievable lack of service.
