Un buen hotel con proximidad de shopping y lugares para conocer!
Pros:

Me gustó el desayuno Mega completo y variedad, el personal muy amable y todo muy limpio.

Cons:

Que estiraban la cama cuando entraba se salían las sábanas mal tendidas, por supuesto fue a partir del segundo día después todo limpio

Estuvo bien. La ubicación es EXCELENTE pero el hotel cubre lo mínimo de un hotel 4 estrellas de cadena.
Pros:

Está medio justo para lo que es un 4 estrellas.
Llegué y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y la habitación estaba muy fría. Me ofrecieron darme un calefactor eléctrico. Al final después de muchos peros me cambiaron de habitación

Cons:

Las alfombras no estaban limpias y los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones son muy antiguos y son muy ruidosos

Very helpful staff. As I was scammed of my credit card at Santiago airport, I was in shock when I got to the hotel and was supported by the staff.

Scammers who work out of the Santiago airport and should be stopped by the tourism industry in Santiago.
