Pros:

Great location easy to find.

Cons:

Charged nearly $37 per person for breakfast, we got down at 9 am (breakfast finishes at 10 am) bearly anything on the buffet,the waitress name Physical told us there is no more a la carte breakfast just buffet.old scrambled eggs cold bacon list goes on,coffee machine wasnt working ans they wouldnt even replace it wiyh a barista coffee.Disgraceful.

Perfect Location!
Pros:

Perfect location - paid for city view room but had part sea views which was added bonus. Room service dinner (best club sandwich ever!) and breakfast were excellent. Very clean and comfortable room. But location is definitely the best part.

Cons:

We knew about the constructions works (which didn’t bother us at all) but the main Foyer was also closed temporarily which meant using stairs to the first floor to access lifts - staff helped with luggage though which was much appreciated.

Great location, accommodated a late request for an early check-in, buffet breakfast was nice

Cons:

Plasterboard had been cut out if the ceiling of the bathroom in multiple places and then just screwed back in place. Very poor water pressure in the shower, view from the room was a concrete worksite. Advised only the week of stay that significant works were being undertaken.

Paid parking wasn’t even in the hotel and would involve being unable to access vehicle at night.

Just a lovely stay.
Pros:

The location is truly special with lovely views from the balcony. Rooms were super clean and comfortable however it is the staff make this property special. Special thanks to Kamala and Varsh who ensured everything was wonderful.
