Für eine Nacht zum Konzertbesucht ideal.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schlicht und eher steril als gemütlich eingerichtet, es war aber alles sehr sauber. Toll ist die Minibar mit kostenlosen Getränken und der Check-Out erst um 12:00 Uhr. Parken kann man außerhalb des Hotels kostenlos. Frühstück war gut, es war alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig, man kann mit dem Bus in 15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum fahren. Zum Konzert in der "Jungen Garde" kann man zu Fuß gehen.

Cons:

Wenn der Check-In um 15:00 beginnt, ist es unter Umständen zu erwarten, dass mehrere Menschen in ihre Zimmer möchten. Es saß aber leider nur ein einziger Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und die Schlange zum Check-in war etwa 20 m lang. Der Mann hat es aber freundlich und mit Fassung getragen, wir sind erstmal spazieren gegangen... Auch beim Frühstück wird offensichtlich am Personal gespart. Die Geschirrberge türmten sich auf den Tischen und es fühlte sich während des gesamten Frühstücks niemand dazu veranlasst, sie abzuräumen. Einige Lampen im Frühstücksraum funktionierten nicht oder flackerten, und der Raum war dadurch eher düster.

Es ist ein wirklich preiswertes Hotel in guter Lage. Das Bett war ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer groß und der Inhalt der Minibar sogar inklusive.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich war extrem dunkel, das ganze Gebäude und die auch die Aufzüge ziemlich betagt. Teile der Verkleidung des Fernsehers haben komplett gefehlt und Teile des Badezimmerregals, was einen räudigen Eindruck erweckt hat. Die Tür der Dusche hing nur noch mit einer Schraube an der Wand ...

Pros:

Die Lage und die Zimmergröße sind hervorragend. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sehr sauber. Die sanitären Anlagen sind modern. Die Dusche hat sehr guten Wasserdruck.

Cons:

Das Check.In hat nicht funktioniert. Es gab Probleme mit der Technik. Das war zeitraubend und etwas belastend. Aber alle blieben freundlich.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung
Pros:

Das extragroße Doppelbett war das beste Bett, in dem wir jemals in einem Hotel genächtigt haben. Es war wie auf Wolken schlafen. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und mehr als ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum war teils unfreundlich und kühl zu den Gästen. Sie schienen mit ihren Job unzufrieden. Die Housekeeping Frauen waren die Einzigen, die ein wenig Freundlichkeit ausstrahlten.

Die Mini bar enthält 2 Wasser und 1 Apfelsaft und 1 Pils kostenfrei, lediglich ein Flaschenöffner hat gefehlt.

Not stay due to distance from center
Pros:

The kitchen staff gentleman was very kind. We did not stay because the area a little sketchy for a tourist. It is in a local area and far away from any places like churches or cafes or shops.

Cons:

Location of the property. Not able to talk to anyone early. Ended up not being able to stay but the staff in the kitchen were so helpful. Such a kind man. Had to pay as we cancelled when we saw property but that was the policy. It is what the policy says. If you want to be close to things and do not have a car this is not your place. But note the people there are very kind.

Geräusche vom Fahrstuhl Zimmer 420 . Behindertengerchtes Bad brauchten wir nicht,war groß aber Wasser musste nach dem Duschen im ganzen Bad abgezogen werden .Wasserschieber war vorhanden.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, auch wenn man Mühe hatte hinein zu kommen. Sie waren überdurchschnittlich hoch.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang war unprofessionell und überfordert.
Die Lobby war außergewöhnlich schmutzig. Auch die Flure und der Fahrstuhl hätten sauberer sein können.
Im Badezimmer schimmelte es.

Cons:

The holiday pricing was clearly far too high. This hotel does not live up to a 4-star standard — I would say it’s a solid 3-star at best. The room had a bed with a worn-out, sagging mattress, and there was no basic amenities kit with cotton pads, sewing kit, etc. The shower was very basic, and the breakfast was average, not really tasty. No tea kettle in the room
