Comfortable and peaceful - most definitely will got back again

Pros:

Rooms are very quiet, spacious and had everything we needed. Location is very close to Uni which was the purpose for being there.

Cons:

The shower mixer needs replacing but apart from that no complaints!

Friendly staff and good location
Pros:

Staff were friendly and courteous. Location great and quiet apartment at the back of the complex was appreciated as I have disabilities and travelled 200km with elderly parents for a family funeral.

Cons:

There were chocolate wrappers down btwn sofa and wall, plus btwn bedside cupboard and bed in the twin bedroom. My elderly father wanted a blanket but none in the wardrobe.
The $250 security deposit for a room 1nt stay with a disabled person and elderly parents, we're not likely to wreck the apartment. Fortunately the staff released the funds quickly upon check out. I wanted to pay cash deposit but not permitted. I wasn't aware of the security deposit until arrival. $260 for the room for 1nt and $250 security deposit. Seems a bit excessive. I think staff should be able to make a decision to reduce the security deposit to $100 for disabled guests and elderly guests. Pensioners can't afford to have $250 held for a week or two. Not everyone has a credit card especially elderly people.
