I drove ten hours to be told I didn't have a reservation and it was booking. Com fault. They cramped a family of 6, originally booked a3 bedroom into a single room for night as they double booked, not calling me after cancelling my reservation. They obviously cancelled everybody's magic round reservations but I slipped through the cracks and didn't have anything rise booked. Had to stay 2 adults 4 kids in the single room for one night while we organised other accommodation. They even charged me for that single night. Worst company, accommodation I've ever dealt with. Never again.
