Loved it, will stay again.
Pros:

Very clean, tidy facilities and grounds. Lovely staff, were very responsive when we had an issue with shower. Convenient location.

Pros:

Comfy beds and having on site breakfast from 6am was super helpful to our trip. Staff were fabulous 👌

Cons:

The area was super busy with the university across the road. Be mindful of the heavy traffic.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. On-site restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced. Easy to get to and in a good location.

Cons:

The room needed an arm chair or small lounge. There was nowhere to sit to watch TV other then the bed or a dining chair. A hand towel for the bathroom would have been nice aswell.

Pros:

Proximity to venue at Mt Gravatt. Neat and tidy - spacious room and most welcoming . Good value for the two nights. Nice outlook.
