The internet kept dropping out
Reception staff accommodated my needs very well, providing a microwave, extra heater and a more suitable room.
I have been coming here for some years now, and over that time the rooms have become quite shabby, in need of new cabinets, painting, new curtains and renovated bathrooms. It is a very good location and with the above improvements being completed, a higher rent could be charged, which I would be happy to pay.
It was reasonably priced the room had some bandaids patching something on the wall the soap was empty when we arrived staff were nice and helpful filled it up quickly it's good basic accommodations
They need better pillows and should have 2 spares in the cupboard and could spend a bit more on linen and the bandaid patch job is not very appealing but other than that it's good honest accommodations for a reasonable price

Heater didn’t work
Not allot to be honest, seems really run down
Was really dirty on close inspection, and a smell , had to go shopping for air refreshers and disinfectant wipes , mattress rock hard
Shabby room and I didn't know where I could get a meal nearby without having to drive again.
I appreciated seeing maintenance being done in the morning so hopefully the shabby rooms will be attended to.

No reception on any SBS channels while FIFA World Cup Final was showing. All other channels we orked well.

The staff were amazing.
Very basic accomodation for the price. Was fine as we just needed somewhere for the 1 night.
The manager of the motel was very pleasant, although reception was not open during the hours that it advertised. I had to call him on the phone for help.
The room was basic but provided a warm stay with the air con and new bed. The bath was a comforting addition.
The room had a kettle and toaster. The room provided clean, white towels.
I called a few days ago and asked for a 12 noon check-in because of an early conference. This request was not received, so I had to fill in time waiting for my room to be ready. I finally received keys 1.5 hours later.
There appeared to be regular ongoing tenants in some of the rooms loitering outside and smoking.
Some of the furnishings in the room were tired, including a small hole in the plasterboard above the bed and old carpet. I had trouble getting the TV to work.

The double bed has totally collapsed - slept on single bed
No bulb in the bedside light
No comfortable chair to sit and watch tv.
The single bed has bed bugs.
