Overall good stay
Pros:

Not bad location they had a laundry room available with complimentary washing powder they had buffet breakfast onsite at a cost which is rear in some places. Bed was nice and comfortable and staff were lovely

Cons:

Come across a few little ants in the bathroom and the room was a tad dark. No tea towel available to dry your coffee cups and saucers.

Comfortable, clean and perfect for what we needed.
Pros:

Comfortable room and lovely staff member at check in.

Cons:

Shower head needs a plumber. Did not stay up at all unless held up.

Always good to stay at the Travel Inn as it’s in the heart of Carlton. Good sized room for three people and enjoyed the late checkout.

Cons:

Beds and pillows were a little too soft. Additional costs for parking are too high.

a good stay in a great location
Pros:

surprisingly quiet given location. room good, staff friendly. only downside was people banging doors at 1am, but that happens in every hotel

Cons:

not really a complaint, but i drew attention to a couple of things that needed fixing in the bathroom (as the concierge said ‘if nobody tells us we don’t know’)
