Very comfortable bed. Great location.
Pros:

Fantastic location close to Royal exhibition hall ( where we were working) , great food options and supermarket.
Room was spacious and clean. Bed firm and really really comfortable.

Cons:

Window didn’t open and room smelt stale.

Pros:

Location was amazing! right near a tram station and plenty of bus stops as well. in an amazing area of Carlton where its super close for convenience but still away from any loud distractions 😊

Cons:

Dining room was only open two nights. Apparently bus tours are more important than other guests and they closed it for everyone else.
They changed my room without asking and then had to change it again because I was travelling with my 83 year old mother and I needed the walk in shower of my original booking. They called the new room an upgrade, it WAS NOT.
We only had a room bin emptied once during a seven day stay, and since we had to get uber eats because the dining room was closed you can imagine the rubbish accumulation.
There was no microwave so with the dining room closed we had no other options. The staff suggest that I walk my 83 year old mother out in the pouring rain, in the dark, to have pizza, not impressed.
The lift had rubbish on the floor right up to the 6 day of our stay.
The shower was so old it had one speed and that was slow. Had to move around to get water on you, then you had to be careful because it was so slippery we had to put the bath mat in the bottom.
The bathroom sink tap was loose realised why because it was the only way you could get the jug under to fill it.
The was a wet spot on the carpet outside the bathroom so the shower was leaking somewhere

Met all of our needs and expectations
Pros:

Staff on duty . She was excellent and very helpful. All done with a genuine smile

Cons:

Ticked all the boxes for our needs. Room was a touch small as was the bathroom. But we only needed it the one night.
