Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable - my bed the first day was really worn out, and they swiftly changed it for a new one. We all enjoyed our stay and felt taken care of by the staff. Especially the night shift lady at the reception (I'm sorry I forgot your name) - she was very friendly and very helpful. Totally satisfied!

Friendly staff, central location and spacious accommodation
Pros:

We met Sharif at reception when we checked in. He was very polite and very informative. He ensured that our stay was comfortable as he even allowed us to check in early.The location was great and the room was spacious. The ladies who attended to the rooms were also very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Breakfast serving time could be extended slightly longer until 9:30 and could be serve a bit warmer.

Clean, efficient, but not particularly inspiring.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy. It was a good location for the University, and out of the bustle of the CBD, but within walking distance. It was great to be able to use the university gym and pool.

Cons:

I had a roadside room, which was noisy at night, and walls seem thin between rooms as well. Food at breakfast wasn't particularly inspiring, and ended quite early. Washer and dryer handy, but the dryer left most clothes damp. Rooms are relatively basic and the television tricky to use. The WiFi was iffy and frequently disconnected. Towels were thin and there wasn't much in the way of bathroom amenities.
