My request for downstairs room, due to an injury of my foot was provided. The room very comfy thankyou.
My TV was playing up in the evening after staff left.
Then it would not turn on at all.

Bed & shower were great. Room seems a little tired and could do with a bit of a tidy up. Room was also clean, I would probably get rid of the room service hatch as well.

The rooms were clean, the the spa was amazing. The size of the room was understated, its very spacious. Check-in was quick, though I have stayed there before and arrived after hours, the key was left in a safe place. Good place to stop over.
The power cut off around 8am the following morning because the power company was doing maintenance on lines that controlled the block. Would have been good to know because there was no hot water or anything. To be fair, I doubt the staff knew it was coming either.
Separate carport and entrance was handy
