1. No kettle in the room for making tea, coffee in the 4 stars hotel!
2. 2 beds which were moving so you could fell down in the middle if you want to be closer with your partner, it was enough to put there something to join them together- for 4 stars hotel its must!
3. No big choice for gluten free clients
4. Menu card was in Dutch language not in English
5. For sauna you need to pay, its not included
Super fijn hotel
Sehr große und geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon.
Tolles Restaurant und tolle Bar.
Zeer snelle service die geboden werd bij boeking. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en een uitstekende ligging v/h hotel om veel te kunnen gaan doen zoals wandelen, fietsen etc.
Eigenlijk een paar kleine aanvullingen. Als kanttekening had mijn partner dat het geheel iets schoner had gekund. En de ontbijtprijs was aan de hoge kant.
De locatie is altijd goed. Personeel is vriendelijk en is altijd bereid om te helpen. Vergoeding ontvangen voor de fietsen.
Dit verblijf was niet zo goed als vorige keren. Ik had fietsen gereserveerd, maar dat stond niet in het systeem waardoor er verwarring was. De douche afvoer heeft al een tijdje geen schoonmaak gehad. 2 dagen kwamen de schoonmaak niet.
Moest toeristenbelasting betalen terwijl ik ingeschreven staat in de locatie.

Kamer was netjes.
Wij verbleven voor ons werk in dit hotel. Alle dagen werkten de kamerkaarten niet, dus elke keer weer terug naar de receptie om dit op te lossen als je na middernacht naar bed wil. Ontbijt was slecht, op het moment dat wij er waren 9.15 uur, geen kaas, geen ham, roerei koud, bacon dreef in het eigen vet, jus d’orange apparaat stuk. Als je vraagt of er nog kaas/ham/croissants komen wordt je verteld dat ze het niet zeker weet. En dat voor 18,50€ pp. Gastvrijheid kennen ze niet.

We hadden kamer 100 en hoorde steeds de lift op en neer gaan. Vrij hinderlijk.
Bediening restaurant niet adequaat gereageerd op klacht kwaliteit eten , mosselen

Das Hotel war sehr zentral. Frühstück war ok.
Fahrräder konnten nicht gut unter gestellt werden. Personal nicht sehr freundlich. Kein Personal was deutsch sprechen konnte.
