Convenient location. Wonderful staff, they could not have been more helpful.
The property is a little dated and could do with a refresh. The rooms were a little old-fashioned and whilst they were not dirty, they did look tired.
Brilliant, it’s located very central, walking distance from most places. Staff were very friendly on arrival and departure. Rooms were big enough beds were comfy and had everything for a short stay. Small changed would make this a 4* very easily.
There was no ice at the bar and the bathrooms were run down and very dated. Renovate bathrooms and get ice and this would comfortably be a 4* hotel

Needs TLC threadbare carpets paint peeling off headboards windows that don't close plumbing wrong way round cold for hot hot for cold very dangerous

The rooms weren't very sound proof. A poor woman next door had a horrible cough i could hear most the night. I hope she wasnt kept awake by me snoring 🤦♂️ reception in the morning wasnt as friendly/attentive as book in
tap in sbathroom sink did not work proper single bed near the window if you went to sit on it it moved wife had coffe in her hand went to sit on bed it moved sending her flying next door was so loud talking kept us a wake
No lifts, and there is is a half flight of stairs to the level I was on. Although there is a chair lift it requires an operator.
