AMAZING Breakfast and facilities at this Delightful property in tulip central!
Pros:

Spa, saunas, pool and the BEST breakfast spread I’ve ever seen! Delightful property, comfy beds, pleasant staff, and walking distance to town to see the nighttime tulip parade! So Superb we booked an extra night!

Pros:

Clean but bare room

Cons:

Desk service slow and not experienced. Breakfast expensive. Soap dispensers in room not working. Very drab decoration. Misunderstanding about refund for room not used

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. There was no air conditioning in the room, and the temperature inside was over 30°C, making it impossible to sleep. It was honestly the worst night’s sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel.

On top of that, we specifically booked a room with a double bed but were given two separate single beds instead. This was not what we paid for or expected.

Overall, a very uncomfortable experience, and we would not stay here again.
