Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel in guter Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen mit sehr freundlichem Personal und tollen Freizeitmö
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich am Rande von Nordwijik in einer ländlichen Umgebung und bietet kostenloses Parken sowie einen abgeschlossenen Bereich zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern an.
In der großen Hotellobby stehen ganztägig verschiedene Wasserspender mit frisch zurecht gemachtem Wasser ( Minze/ Zitrone etc.) bereit. Während wir auf den Check In warteten , ging das Personal noch mit Getränken durch die Warteschlange.
Alle Mitarbeiter, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch abends im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem hundefreundliches Hotel und bei der Ankunft stand ein Körbchen, Futter/ Wassernapf und Kotbeutel für unseren Vierbeiner in unserem Zimmer bereit.
Wir waren etwas zu früh bei der Anreise, so dass unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Wir wurden aber später per SMS über das dann fertige Zimmer informiert. Gepäck kann in speziellen Räumen abgestellt werden.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen Freizeitbereit mit Bar, Bowling, Dart, Kicker, Billard etc. und das schöne Schwimmbad wurde ebenfalls von uns genutzt.

Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß. Öffentliche Toiletten und Wasserspender sind ausreichend vorhanden. Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Haus ist ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und der Ausblick ist je nach Lage der Zimmer nicht so schön ( Blick aufs Hoteldach). Aber das war uns nicht wichtig und hat persönlich nicht gestört.

Für super tolles Schwimmbad, gute Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Am ersten Tag waren wir vom Frühstück enttäuscht. Die Tische die frei waren wurden nicht abgeräumt. Das angesprochene Personal fühlte sich nicht zuständig und wir mussten eine gefühlte Ewigkeit warten bis jemand abgeräumt hat. Der Tisch wurde feucht abgewischt- die tischsets nicht. So haben wir uns die benutzten tischsets und den Tisch mit Servietten selbst nochmal abgeputzt. Für den Preis von fast 55€ (2erw. Kind 6 Jahre) kann man einen besseren Service erwarten.

Great family and people friendly Hotel
Pros:

We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. Very convenient amenities from great pool to bike rentals. Helpful staff. Solid breakfast. We had a standard room. It was clean, beds were good. Nothing too fancy, but the hotel amenities, price and location totally made up for it. We will recommend to friends and family.

Cons:

Lange Wartezeit beim Checkin (der einzelne Prozess dauert viel zu lange) und das Gebäude ist ein riesen Komplex, unübersichtlich und mit langen Wegen. Für einen Kurzaufenrhalt in Ordnung.
