hotel architecture, interior design, photographs of movie starts, design the bedroom, breakfast in the conservatory, friendliness and efficiency of staff, location in the main street and access to the terminal.

Cons:

I think the outside bar is the weakness, its not very welcoming, the setting is too plain and lacking character, furniture neatly set out, no lights or flowers, perhaps it could be rearranged to provide small intimate areas, but given the small bar inside the hotel, the outside bar could be treated as an 'outside room'. we went elsewhere for drinks but would have stayed if the bar had had more character

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Hotelanlage

Cons:

Der Service beim Frühstück lässt für 5 Sterme zu Wünschen übrig. Das Personal wirkt sehr unkoordiniert. Der Gast muss lange warten, bevor alles Bestellte gebracht wurde und das Frühstück beginnen kann. Vielleich wäre ein Buffett die bessere Altermative

Pros:

Nádherný hotel, kúsok od stanice vaporetto na SAN Marco. Skvelý personál, nádherné izby, originálne zariadené. Štýlové raňajky. Skvelá reštaurácia. Proste excelentné!

Perfekt für eine Auszeit auf der Insel 😃

Echtes Boutique Hotel, alle kommoditaeten, tolle Lage , überaus zuvorkommendes Personal, nachhaltig (zb Frühstück a la carte. Perfekt für längeren Aufenthalt

Cons:

Ich bin behindert, insofern habe ich ein Geländer zum Einstieg in den Pool vermisst. Ich konnte ihn nicht benutzen.

Tolles gehobenes Hotel mit super Personal und Pool
Pros:

Die Zimmer werden 1-2 Mal pro Tag gereinigt, super saubere Unterkunft. Aus dem Pool wird jedes Fitzelchen herausgekäschert. Die Dachterrasse hat einen tollen Ausblick. Im UG ist ein Wellnessbereich. Die Räume sind modern und neu eingerichtet. Das Frühstück kann man entweder als Pauschale oder a la carte tageweise dazubuchen. Das Personal ist alte Schule, super freundlich, hilfsbereit, kinderlieb und zu Späßen aufgelegt. Ivan an der Rezeption war supernett, Anna hat uns eine komplette Hotelführung gegeben, was wirklich toll war. Meines Erachtens ist das Hotel auch rollstuhlfreundlich, da man über eine Rampe reinrollen kann, es überall Aufzüge gibt und die Duschen ebenerdig sind. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Traum. In der Hauptstraße sind sehr viele tolle Restaurants und zum Strand ist es nicht weit (200m) und man kann auch den Bus dorthin nehmen. Vor dem Hotel ist eine tolle Bar und die Fassade ist einfach nur traumhaft schön. Die Klimaanlage kühlt sehr gut im Sommer.

Cons:

Alles war bestens, gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

A taste of luxury in a beautiful setting.
Pros:

Beautiful building tastefully renovated; good attention to detail, great welcome at reception on arrival; pool area is lovely and staff there great too. Amazing breakfast in opulent surroundings.Great view from rooftop bar. Convenient location near harbour and lots of bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Dinner downstairs in the evening was poor compared to local restaurants and compared to breakfast at the hotel. Basic salads with no dressing and over priced wine.

Grosse Weiche Badetücher, das grosse komfortable Zimmer und die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt da es in dervunmittelbaren Nähe der Anlegestelle der Boote ist

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist perfekt jedoch sollte alles auf der Karte im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen sein und ein Wechsel des Besteckes bei späteren süßen Speisen wie Pancakes sollte selbstverständlich sein
Auch sollten die unterschiedlichen Speisen an einem Tisch gleichzeitig serviert werden
