Sehr guter Service und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, mit leichtem Verbesserungspotenzial bei der Zimmerwartung.
Pros:

Uns hat an der Unterkunft besonders gefallen, dass das Personal äußerst bemüht war, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, die Zimmer sehr groß und sauber waren und das Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut war.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass der Fitnessbereich lediglich aus einem kleinen Raum mit drei Kardiogeräten bestand – besonders enttäuschend, da dies ein entscheidender Grund für unsere Buchung war und zudem die Klimaanlage dort nicht funktionierte. Auch der Pool war im Verhältnis zur Hotelgröße zu klein (zu wenige Liegestühle). Außerdem mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln, da nachts Küchengerüche über die Klimaanlage in unser Zimmer gelangten. In dem neuen Zimmer funktionierte die Lichtautomatik nicht richtig und konnte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert werden.

Pros:

Stefano who welcomed us was the kindest man. He treated us like queens! Our room (104) was fantastic. It was quiet, sparkly clean, super comfy, very spacious. The breakfast room had the best cappuccino I've ever had.
We also loved the Rooftop restaurant, fantastic view, food, and was very romantic, with stunning views. We were treated like queens there too.
The location was also spectacular. Close enough to Venice, but quieter. Charming street to walk, 10 mins from the Adriatic Sea, 5-10 min walk to the Vaporetto for mainland Venice (then a 15 min vaporetto lift).
Bravo!

Pros:

Room, location, staff all excellent. The man on the reception who went out of his way to arrange a bottle of wine for us, I salute you. Thank you again. Thoroughly enjoyed my staff, I did think it was a little expensive but the service was fantastic.

Compleanno al Lido di Venezia in Hotel affascinante.
Pros:

Ottima posizione sul viale centrale. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Bella piscina con servizio bar ai lettini. Camera spaziosa, compreso il bagno e la doccia. Terrazza panoramica con bar all’ultimo piano. Suggestive le grandi foto di tutti gli attori che hanno frequentato l’hotel durante il festival del cinema.

Cons:

Troppo caro il costo della colazione per gli italiani che prendono solo cappuccino e brioche.
