Pros:

el personal fue super amable, fui en verano y las habitaciones tienen AC, sin embargo en la primera habitacion quenos asignaron, no enfriaba muy bien. Fueron muy amables de buscarnos un cuarto estuviera un poco mas fresco y ademas me proporcionaron un pequeño pero potente ventilador para poder mover el aire y que se mantuviera mas fresca la habitacion. Esta solucion funciono excelente e hizo nuestra estancia mucho mas comoda.

Cons:

las almohadas estaban un poco duras para mi gusto, pero eso es preferencia personal. Fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente con nuestra estancia.

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception à mon départ j’ai rencontré un problème avec ma voiture qui etait au parking impossible de payer en espèces j’ai demandé de l’aide à la réception il m’ont totalement ignoré comme si je n’existait pas cela m’a fortement choqué et énervé

Gutes Zimmer. Aber eher durchschnittlich.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll. Bügeleisen im Zimmer. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.
Gebäcksbgabe im Vorhinein wäre möglich gewesen wenn das Zimmer noch nicht fertig gewesen wäre.
Billardtische im Barbereich waren toll.

Cons:

Keine Ablagemöglichkeit für das Gebäck im Zimmer. Die Badewanne, eine Dusche wäre praktischer.
Fenster waren nur einen Spalt zu öffnen. Die Bedienung der Heizung war fast nicht auffindbar, da es versteckt hinter dem Vorhang montiert war.
Die Eingangsbereich und das Restaurant ist im Untergeschoss das ist nicht sehr einladend.
Ich habe keine Rechnung an der Rezeption bekommen und auch erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung per Mail die richtige Rechnung bekommen.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, definitely a 10/10 stay. The location is perfect and makes it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights was the amazing city view from the window. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
