Pros:

Good location near city center and metro station. Very comfortable beds, complimentary water. We could leave our luggage in the hotel after check out.

Cons:

Very thin walls, you could hear everything from hallway and other rooms. Fridge didn’t work and was not fixed even though I asked for that. Clean towels but smelled badly.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and always ready to answer any of our questions. The location was excellent with a metro station just a few meters away and having a Starbuck coffee shop near made our morning every day. We came for the BTS concert and the hotel even had welcoming signs for the BTS ARMYs on those days, which was super nice.

Cons:

It seems that the room was not cleaned just before our arrival since there was dust accumulated. Our kettle and coffee machine had dust on them.

Great room and location.
Pros:

Great location! We’ve stayed here for two nights for BTS concert and the metro / tram was literally beside the hotel. Plenty of food options nearby. The room was very clean and comfy. We really appreciated check out time at 12.00.

Świetna wizyta, wyjazd na koncert, najlepszy hotel
Pros:

Śliczny pokój, wygodne łóżka, bardzo czysto. Obsługa przemiła, lokalizacja świetna, wszędzie blisko. Pyszne śniadania, jakbym miała wracać, to tylko do tego hotelu.
