Great hotel in a bustling place with friendly staff and a good breakfast

Ikke det rommet som vi hadde betalt ekstra for. Ødela hele opplevelsen og ferien. Kompensasjonen frokost på et Thon hotell. Dette har vi ikke bruk for. Irriterende hele greia.

Ravintolan huonepalvelu. Tilasimme netissä ravintolasta ruoan noudettavaksi ja saimme ilmoituksen että tilaus on hyväksytty, tilausnumeron ja kellonajan tilauksen valmistumisesta. Odotimme pitkään arvioidun valmistumisajan jälkeen ennen kuin soitimme ravintolaan. Saimme epämääräisen vastauksen että tilauksemme ei ollut mennyt jostain syystä läpi.


Teimme puhelimitse uuden tilauksen ja ravintolasta sanottiin että meihin ollaan yhteydessä kun tilaus on valmis. Soittoa ei ikinä kuulunut ja menimme lopulta kysymään tilausta itse ravintolasta. Tilaus oli odottanut tiskillä valmiina ja ruoka oli jo jäähtynyt kun pääsimme syömään sitä huoneeseen.


Hotelli itsessään oli todella viihtyisä mutta tämä teki vierailusta huonon kokemuksen. Olimme matkustaneet koko päivän ja koska olimme niin nälkäisiä päätimme siksi tilata huonepalvelusta. Kuitenkin ruuan saamiseen meni lopulta useampi tunti.

Stanza molto spaziosa, bellissima vista sul porto, posizione ottima. Colazione super, caffè (Nespresso), tè, acqua e cioccolatini a disposizione nella hall. Ombrelli a disposizione degli ospiti. Arredo molto colorato ma di buon gusto.
Letto comodo, climatizzazione perfetta, tende oscuranti. Accappatoi a disposizione. Macchina Nespresso e ferro da stiro in camera.

Cons:

Niente, tutto perfetto.

Amazing Service. Good location. Enjoyed Breakfast!
Pros:

We transited through Bodø, from the airport, it was a short walk from the airport. We asked to leave our bags as we would be staying at the hotel a few days later, and were offered this courtesy, as well as tea/coffee, and a note (on our room reservation for when we returned. Which we did.

Do note: to walk from the airport, cross the street at the light / crosswalk. Proceed straight into the residential neighborhood. Walk on the sidewalk towards the water front. Turn right and you are at the hotel. It's quite easy if you travel light.

We did of course fly back via Bodo and stayed at the Nordlys. Everything was nice and modern in the room. Breakfast (as typical of Thon hotels) was lovely. Everyone quite helpful at the front desk as to getting around and recommendations.

Τοποθεσία,μηχανη Nespresso στο δωμάτιο

Cons:

Στενό δωμάτιο, εκαναν δοκιμες με το αυτόματο σκίαστρο παραθυρου την ημέρα διαμονής μας και μας χαλούσαν τη θέα. Περίεργη είσοδος στο ασανσερ στο ισόγειο. Δεν δούλευε η μηχανη espresso στο χώρο του πρωινού. Περίεργο parking.
