Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
7.2
Mixed reports: several guests praised general cleanliness but multiple reviews mention dust in rooms and on appliances, a lack of cleanliness at an event, and occasional dusty rooms — lowers the category score.
Service
9.4
Consistently positive: staff repeatedly described as helpful, friendly and responsive; guests highlighted personal service and welcoming reception.
Location
9.6
Strongly positive: many reviews cite a central, convenient location close to the city centre and nearby parking as a major benefit.
Room Quality
7.8
Generally good rooms with comfortable beds and some spacious suites/terraces, but concerns noted about noise at night, missing wardrobes, an alarming balcony design on higher floors and occasional dust.
Amenities
7.9
Mixed: breakfast and in-room tea/coffee are good and some rooms have aircon; however guests missed fridges, extra pillows, wardrobes, found empty minibar and limited tea/coffee supplies.
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed to slightly below average: several guests find breakfast and some rooms/suites overpriced, while others note reasonable pricing — value is inconsistent.
Food and Beverage
9
Positive: breakfast repeatedly praised as lovely and varied; some minor complaints about price and limited snack options at certain times.
Overall Experience
8.7
Generally positive stay driven by excellent location and service, good breakfast and comfortable rooms; drawbacks such as dust, occasional noise and limited in-room amenities temper the score.

Prima hotel voor een nachtje Breda
Pros:

Cons:

Niet alles is even goed schoon.

Fabulous 5 nights in Breda and surrounding areas.
Pros:

Elegant but not ‘stuffy’, Attentive but not ‘bothersome’, breakfast was great - choice, quality, restaurant. Close to the old town and secure underground parking.
