Excelente hotel
Pros:

Gostei de tudo. O tamanho do dormitório, o luxo, o conforto, o café da manhã, a localização e o atendimento da recepção, em especial do Onofre. Tudo maravilhoso!!

Comfortable/spacious hotel in great location

The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Spacious, clean and comfortable bedrooms. Good breakfast.

Je recommande pour un séjour à Bruxelles
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau , accueil au top et situation entre le parking et la rue commerçante idéal . Le petit déjeuner était variée et bon et une super belle vue .

Café da manhã bom

Cons:

Demora no check in. Estávamos num grupo e demorou horas. Fizemos a opção de 2 camas de solteiro nos quartos e queriam nos dar camas de casal. Horas para resolver, se falassem que não dariam os quartos programados não teríamos escolhido esse hotel. Alias, nunca mais ficaremos nele

Decent place to stay which is affordable.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The metro trains is right outside. We were walking distance from old Brussels. The staff were so accommodating and allowed us early check-in when they realised we had little kids.

Cons:

I think the staff in the breakfast area need training for service and food hygiene. They would just take room numbers but would not assist in finding a table which resulted in single individuals sitting at tables that could accommodate a family of four. Created more difficulties for us in finding a table. Additionally, the staff dumped the oranges from the delivery cardboard box straight into the juicer. We had to tell him that there were two highly fungal oranges that went into the juicer! Then had to help him remove them. Working as a chef this is poor food hygiene. All food should be pre-washed, sorted to remove rotten produce, and then stored in clean containers prior to being placed into any juicer. Suffice to say we didn’t drink our juice after seeing that!
