Very enjoyable and centrally located. We were able to walk to all three train stations.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful as we happen to be staying during the heat wave in June. The staff was always very helpful. The roof top bar was a bonus and we utilized most nights despite it being too hot to sit outside.

Cons:

There is nothing that we did not like or that we could recomend doing better. We were very happy with the accommodations at the price point.

Per un 4 stelle ci sono delle cose da rivedere

Posizione centrale, giusto di fronte alla fermata della metro e vicino a negozi di ogni genere. La stanza è abbastanza insonorizzata, la struttura è nuova e accogliente. Bella la terrazza-bar che dà sul panorama di Bruxelles.

Cons:

Il personale alla reception non ha fornito informazioni sui servizi dell'hotel, non ci ha detto della palestra né dei servizi presenti nella nostra camera e non siamo state accompagnate al nostro piano. La doccia non chiudeva bene, infatti cadeva dell'acqua a terra dopo ogni doccia. Nel kit cortesia mancavano le ciabatte ed era presente 1 solo kit da bagno quando il soggiorno era x2 persone.
Infine, è accaduto un momento spiacevole col servizio di housekeeping: sono passati di mattina a rifare la stanza, mentre eravamo ancora dentro, quindi abbiamo chiesto loro di passare "later". Tornati in camera la sera, la stanza non era stata rassettata nemmeno nel pomeriggio, nonostante fuori la porta non ci fosse alcuna indicazione contraria e non è stata rifornita di acqua.

Pros:

El personal amabilísimo. Lorena, excepcional. Atenta y responsable. Demuestra gran profesionalidad. El desayuno es top (huevos, tortilla, zumo de naranja natural...)bollería casera...el gym es un BASIC FIT (el mejor gym que he visto en un hotel)

Bra läge centralt i Bryssel. Gångavstånd till centralstation och direkt vid stora gågatan , restauranger och affärer.
Pros:

Fransk balkong på rummet, både dusch och badkar. Frukost serveras på översta våningen som även har en terrass med otrolig utsikt
