It was a very nice and clean hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast, despite being a buffet, is very basic considering the price you pay. The variety of hot items and general products needs to be increased. I was not very satisfied with the breakfast.

Pros:

How highly finished and classy it is, besides the great breakfast and the location. Even the staff is really nice and helpful.

Cons:

The toaster for the breakfast is slow and not exactly reliable. Moreover, the AC in the room could barely be felt. And just a slight detail - the TV remote could have been done with some wiping… it was somewhat dusty, even if slightly.

Hotel soweit in Ordnung; Kommunikation nach Aufenthalt absolut ungenügend; keine Rechnung erhalten

Hotel war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings fehlt auch jetzt mehr als fünf Tage nach Abreise und trotz vieler Nachfragen eine Rechnung und auf Anfragen wird absolut gar nicht reagiert. Normalerweise dürfte ich aus diesem Grund nur maximal einen Punkt verteilen.

Cons:

Auch mehr als fünf Tage nach Abreise fehlt trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen weiterhin eine Rechnung. Es gibt überhaupt keine Antwort oder sonstige Reaktion des Hotels. Absolut ungenügend.
