Disappointing, since we wanted to spend our last day in Jordan relaxing by an outdoor pool.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Location was impractical to walk anywhere.

Cons:

The only reason we chose this hotel was the rooftop pool. This was closed, and this was evidently a long-term issue we should have been aware of when booking. My rating reflects the deception rather than the quality of the hotel which was otherwise ok.

The beds are very comfortable
The staff is nice and responsive
The room was big and has good space
The breakfast buffet was delicious

The hotel is a bit old like the carpets need to be changed
