Pros:

Close to Gatwick, very nice size rooms for the price, but this is not an airport hotel.

Cons:

Beds are not that comfortable. If they had a bus shuttle to Gatwick, even if paid and only running every hour, I would always stay here.

A very pleasant experience
Pros:

The bed could have been a bit more harder. it was too soft and caused back issues. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices, especially the vitamin shots which i thought was excellent. The room was right temperature and clean, with good standard of amenities. It was kept clean and tidy. Staff was very polite and accommodating, first class there.

Cons:

I did not like the gymnasium. It only had one bench, and whenever i went to use it someone was already using it, so unable to do my exercises. there also could be more heavier dumbbells and weights. Also there was no water in the gym, which i was quite surprise at, given the consideration that had been put into other areas of the establishment.

Welcoming environment and great stay but not many accessible options on the property
Pros:

The hospitality team were so lovely, it made the experience more comfortable

Cons:

No room service but the hotel was close to a supermarket. Maybe due to it maybe being a heritage building there were no accessible friendly options for going up to the rooms, a lift would have been really helpful but I understand this is not always possible.
