Amazing value for money
Pros:

Fantastic value for money. Extremely comfortable clean rooms with plush decor. Lovely bar area with well priced drinks and decent food available. All staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team.

Cons:

Doors in the corridor can be loud and sound travels into the room from the corridor, so not quite as quiet overnight as ideal. However, given the location and value, this would not stop us from staying here again in future as have really enjoyed the stay overall! (This was our second visit)

Excellent choice for breakfast. Constantly refilled with fresh.

More coffee and sugar sachets on request

Cobwebs in room which were still there when we left after 2 night stay
Some areas tired and in need of refurbishment
Room quite small.....cosy double
Mind you don't bang yourself on TV as you walk past bottom of bed.
Pillows quite hard although mattress was OK

Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

We were upgraded to a fantastic room. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Didn't use spa but looked wonderful. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Loved having a small fridge and coffee machine. Free WiFi was excellent. Room was spotless. Overlooked courtyard and had no road noise. The bathroom had lovely big shower and beautiful standalone bath that was huge. Loads of hot water. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing it was first class hotel.
