No dinner available and not notified of this until getting to hotel, constant running water noise in bathroom as must be main water supply to whole hotel behind wall, and buzzing noise going off every 2 mins above bed all night so got no sleep.
Really lovely staff, dinner was good, having air con & pool was great.
The courtyard area needed a bit of a clean up, would be great to have a few more menu options for dinner if staying longer than one night.

Excellent room very spacious with large bathroom which had a shower and a bath .The pool and spa facilities were good with loungers to use in the garden.Reception staff were very helpful particularly the guy from Hungary .
There was a lot of litter in the garden which was disappointing in such a well run hotel .

Welcoming refreshment in foyer.
The only thing that could be improved was in our bathroom. The hand basin drained very slowly. On removing the plug, the drain hole was clogged with smelly gunge. This was unfortunate. Not a big problem but a source of bacteria.
Good location, great to have free parking. Rooms have been recently refurbished and are in good condition. Very helpful and friendly staff on reception. Having a fridge in the room was useful.

We felt very rested after our weekend stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was warm and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Even though I wasn’t feeling my best, I truly appreciated the comfort and quiet atmosphere, as well as the excellent spa facilities.
one minor issue was that the fridge wasn’t cold enough, especially during the hot weather.
I was concerned about falling standards when I found out the hotel had been bought by Britannia, a company with whom I have had previous bad experiences, but I was very pleased to find the facilities and rooms in good condition. We had an issue with the television that was sorted quickly by reception, once we were able to contact them.
Pool and spa area were immaculate. Bar prices were reasonable.
We did not eat so i cannot comment on the food offering.
Phone calls to reception went unanswered.
