Loved the suite, so comfy and plenty of room to move around. Applebee's right next door..

I’ve stayed here in the past two other times and very much enjoyed the accommodations. This time I was disappointed. I got a first floor room that has seen better days and because of the construction here, the lobby and the hallway rugs are dirty. Also got a handicap accessible room I didn’t ask for. The pool is open and the breakfast is good. Please note the Appleby’s that was next door recently closed so there is no restaurant close by. 7-11 across the street.

I found this hotel to meet my needs. It is a older hotel that appears to be in the process of being updated. There were several storage containers, but no noise during my one day stay. It was clean, the showers new with glass doors, a lit surround vanity any woman will appreciate, granite counters. I was in a jr suite that had a full fridge, microwave, sink, granite table seating area, a living area with couch and full size tv, bedroom had a full size tv as well. Dishes and silverware, coffeemaker and basic supplies. Crabtree and Evelyn products in bath, including lotion. The hotel is located close to the interstate, but no noise. I suspect due to the area being lined with old oaks that give shade and nice walking area if preferred. Not far from many eating establishments. The breakfast was what hit the home run. Just about anything you can think of, from waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, yogurt with multiple types of toppings from fruit to granola, sliced fruit, make your own warm toast, milks in 3 varieties, coffee, muffins. It was delicious. Plenty of seating area with tables. The local police stop in to eat as well. So if you are looking for a good price, quiet, great breakfast and don't mind a little age, this is the place for you. I didn't get a chance to view the pool area. Parking is 10 dollars per night.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, probably the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff was professional and repeatedly asked if we needed anything. Their friendliness was comforting.

Maitland little league was having a volunteer appreciation dinner that was rained out. Homewood opened their doors and gave us a warm welcome. The dining area was perfect for this gathering. We thank Homewood that we were able to enjoy our evening out of the weather and in a beautiful, welcoming environment.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Homewood Suites Maitland. As the local little league just up the street, we serve over 150 families in our community – and this hotel just earned a permanent place in our hearts.

We were planning our annual volunteer appreciation dinner at our field when last-minute weather forced us to scramble for an alternative venue. We reached out to Homewood Suites on short notice and were connected with Cortnie, who was an absolute gem. She was warm, accommodating, and immediately open to letting our group use the breakfast area for the evening. No hesitation, no hassle – just genuine kindness and a willingness to help make the night special for our coaches and volunteers.

When we arrived, front desk receptionist Elizabeth carried that same spirit all the way through. She welcomed our group with the same warmth we had experienced from the start, which made the whole evening feel seamless and genuinely welcoming.

As an all-volunteer organization, we rely on the support and goodwill of our community to make moments like this possible. The team at Homewood Suites Maitland didn’t just provide a space – they helped us honor the people who give their time every season to show up for our kids. That means everything to us.

We are already looking forward to building a lasting partnership with this hotel, and we will absolutely be directing visiting families, grandparents, and guests to stay here. If you are looking for a hotel that truly invests in the community it calls home, look no further.
