La ubicación, está a unos 20 minutos de Miami, siempre por autopista..sino se complica.
El Desayuno está muy bien.
Calidad precio está bien, si quieres lujo y pagar más tienes muchas opciones en Miami.
Las alfombras se merecen ya un cambio.
La máquina del aire acondicionado está en el dormitorio y parece que fueras en un barco al dormir 😂
La limpieza del cuarto y cambio de toallas lo tienes que pedir..por lo menos en mi caso.
The room was spacious for my family of 5, we were there for a cruise and the hotel had free shuttle service to the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel view was nice and 15 minutes away from cruise port on a Thursday with a board time at 11am we had no problem. My kids had walking distance places to eat once we got to the hotel which was nice since it was late and a long day of travel.
The number we were given to call for shuttle once we landed at the airport was not helpful at all, it kept going to voice service that prompted you to push number that lead to nothing. After several attempt and calling to hotel we were able to reach a front desk person we sent a shuttle over. So we waited with all that over a hour and a half from the time we landed that was the only dislike.

We zaten een paar dagen zonder WiFi en konden daardoor niet werken anders als met de extra gekochte volumes op de e-sims.
Het onbijt was elke dag hetzelfde en had een beperkte keuze. We hebben de hele week elders ontbeten.

El desayuno no me gustó, tenían poca variedad y siempre lo mismo, al estar cerda del lago en la piscina deberían tener algo para los mosquitos, eso tampoco me gustó. Pasamos 2 noches y no hicieron limpieza en la habitación al dia siguiente.
Everything was good.The free breakfast, and absolutely loved the transportation for free from the airport to your hotel. We loved our view. I took pictures from our window in the evening.
The mattress on the sofa bed it was so uncomfortable. My back and hip hurt for like 2 days. Definitely could use a larger garbage can. We had six people for adults and two children and that's how it was when we made the reservation. When we got there there was only two bath towels. But the front office did get us four more.
