Good value, clean, space for 6, friendly to kids/dogs. Grade A
Pros:

Centrally located for the cruise port ~20 min. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, a bit outdated, but we only needed a space to sleep. 4 adults 2 kids fit comfortably using the pull out sofa. Parking and area felt secure. Good value for the cost, view of the bay was nice! Would stay again.

Cons:

Sofa bed was clearly older and squeaked A Lot, but whatever. The location could be hard to find the first time. It’s in the very back of a block of hotels.

Shuttle was very convenient

Skip the Uber take the shuttle which is free to the Hilton hotels. Jorge was very nice

Cons:

We had a lot of broken things in our room, the toilet handle, the shower head. Room was old and kind of gross, the hallway are carpets very dirty, and the whole apartment has this kind of musty smell, the trash cans were very small, and naughty enough hooks in the bathroom and sink area.

My stay was great i slept great, will book again due to the room size

The rooms were spacious

Cons:

It was not properly cleaned. Floor was half vacuumed, old sheets were left on the sofa bed. Hair was in the other bed. One of the pillow case was dirty.

Pre cruise room- 2 bedroom suite
Pros:

Me and my husband, mother in law and father in law step son and friend stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was a lovely reporting. The 2 bedroom is extremely spacious and convenient and the view of the water was beautiful. The shuttle to and from airport is super helpful and also they have a port to the port of Miami for cruise for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this location for a pre cruise trip.

Booking.com’s customer service is awful.

Cons:

The pictures on Booking.com did not match the location. The pictures were actually of a different location. I called Booking.com and the customer service was awful! I will never use Bolking.com again. Not only did the pictures not match, it was in an unsafe area of the city.

Pros:

Nous avions une suite avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, très bien agencée et spacieuse.
L'espace cuisine très correct et bien équipé.
Le petit déjeuner était bon et très complet.
Gros point positif à souligner: le staff! Que ce soit à l'accueil, à l'espace petit déjeuner (un monsieur qui aime pratiquer son français lorsqu'il vous croise), ou dans l'équipe entretien, tout le monde était adorable!
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter
