We very much enjoyed our stay thank you
Pros:

The design of the suite was lovely with everything you’d need for an extended stay, the king sized bed was very comfortable and the morning breakfast was extremely good. The kitchenette was just right with a full sized fridge/freezer which for us was just what we needed to refreeze our ice packs for the next days travel!

Cons:

Just a couple of maintenance items such as chips in the tub and ceiling stains from a previous leak? Also stains on the light shade and chips on the coffee table and furniture.

Needs a facelift
Pros:

Friendly staff, decent breakfast although missing quality coffee, ample parking close to room. It has a gym and a swimming pool the kids will like.

Cons:

It felt it needed renovation. The room I got had an old feel and smell in it.

Coffee machine in room did not work , gym treadmill unstable and squeaks at higher speeds. For the price I paid you expect more and there are a lot of options around that are newer and cheaper

Nice place, dishonest staff.
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice, clean and spacious

Cons:

At checkout, the front desk accused me of having a pet and despite me saying (and willing to prove) I didn’t have one they charged me a pet fee. We did NOT have a dog in our room

Terrible stay !
Pros:

Terrible experience staying here for 5 days.
Despite repeated requests for housekeeping - they don’t show up. When they do, their service is half hearted and incomplete.
Bad lighting in bathrooms. The carpets all around are dirty. The trash keeps sitting next to elevators.
Better to book any place except this in the area.

Good location good space ,need Deep deep steam cleaning and sanitizing

We will definitely be staying at this hotel on future visits to Rochester!
Pros:

From the moment we entered the lobby we knew we were in a great hotel. So much room, very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient young woman who registered us (Crystal) we hd a great experience. The suite was well played out and in great condition. Everything looked almost brand new. We will stay there again.

I can't think of a thing at the moment.
