Generally strong service: multiple mentions of friendly, welcoming staff and a standout receptionist (Crystal), though isolated issues include lackluster housekeeping follow-through and a disputed pet-fee at checkout.
Location
9
Consistently praised location: convenient, surrounded by services and considered a good, quiet spot by many reviewers.

Pros:

Overall, the stay was good. The halls and carpets are tired, but the apartment was a good value and everything in the suite was in good condition and seemed newer than the common areas. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Didn't love the undisclosed parking fee. Baffling that a hotel surrounded by parking lots, nowhere near alternative transportation, and without an airport shuttle charges a parking fee. Just put it in your rate.

We very much enjoyed our stay thank you
Pros:

The design of the suite was lovely with everything you’d need for an extended stay, the king sized bed was very comfortable and the morning breakfast was extremely good. The kitchenette was just right with a full sized fridge/freezer which for us was just what we needed to refreeze our ice packs for the next days travel!

Cons:

Just a couple of maintenance items such as chips in the tub and ceiling stains from a previous leak? Also stains on the light shade and chips on the coffee table and furniture.

Needs a facelift
Pros:

Friendly staff, decent breakfast although missing quality coffee, ample parking close to room. It has a gym and a swimming pool the kids will like.

Cons:

It felt it needed renovation. The room I got had an old feel and smell in it.

Coffee machine in room did not work , gym treadmill unstable and squeaks at higher speeds. For the price I paid you expect more and there are a lot of options around that are newer and cheaper

Nice place, dishonest staff.
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice, clean and spacious

Cons:

At checkout, the front desk accused me of having a pet and despite me saying (and willing to prove) I didn’t have one they charged me a pet fee. We did NOT have a dog in our room
