Pros:

How friendly the staff was.

Cons:

The ice machine on our floor didn't work, breakfast wasn't free and was over priced, no towels available at the pool area.

me kids loved the pool and the breakfast

Cons:

I wish there was an options for a 2 king beds and the rooms were a little bit bigger. There was only waffle options for breakfast. no pancakes so my kids were a little upset about that.

Perfect place to stay; convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Location is convenient. Bed is comfortable. Plenty of hot water for shower. They have diet coke and an IPA available for purchase. Staff is nice. Lots of local amenities such as a 16 movie theaters and many restaurants.

Cons:

I wanted to have my sheets and towels changed, but did not leave the room until after 2 pm. Is there a way I could have requested new sheets and towels and exchanged them on my own? Bar was never open when I passed through.

Good value but can improve.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and rooms service people were very courteous.

Cons:

The room carpet needs to be changed. The rooms ceiling needs repair and repainting in various areas. Hotel halways and rooms need better lighting. I had to wait to get checked in, after a very long journey, because one of the computers wasn't working.

Mostly excellent, would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Shower was cold. Water would not warm up. Provided hair products dried out my hair and made my skin itch.

It was ok.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Issues with trying to purchase snacks. In one rooms, the coffee machine and refrigerator didn't work. The beds were very uncomfortable. The online booking said there was in-room dining, but that didn't exist. In one room, the bedspread on one of the beds was filthy.
