Solid Stay Near SPAC
Pros:

Great stay. Quick check in. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Good basic breakfast which was included in our rate. Walking distance to SPAC. Will definitely return!

Great Experience Helpful Staff
Pros:

I will start off by saying that the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Adriana was very helpful by assisting us filling our ice bucket multiple times, and providing us with amenities like towels and paper products. She was also very responsive at the front desk. The hotel was the perfect distance from the concert at SPAC with directions provided by staff which made the trip easier. Location of the building was right in the middle of state park and main strip of town too. Rooms were clean and perfect noise level for sleeping. We overall had a great experience with the Hilton Garden Inn and would stay again!

BEWARE
Pros:

Bathroom sink took 15-20 minutes to drain, disgusting. AGM said they didn’t know. I checked reviews from July 2025 same issue. AGM basically called me a liar. Bathroom over all very dated just clean enough to not leave. I would never recommend this Hilton. I expected a very nice, modern, hotel, NOT at all. Hilton should be ashamed to put their name on it. At 200.00 per night. Race fans beware. Only good thing was breakfast which was an extra charge. Smh lesson learned.

JUST HORRIBLE! HILTON SHOULD BE ASSHAMED!

Only positive was the Location.

Cons:

Our room had wallpaper hanging off the wall. Very dingy room. Very disappointing for a Hilton. The next day we went down for breakfast and the so called hot breakfast was not hot, the eggs were hardened and wasn't edible. We had a stale bagel and a piece of burnt bacon. They changed our room. We were told it would be to a suite, but it wasn't. And the bathroom sink had NO HOT WATER. Had to take my makeup off with cold water! Horrible experience. We were warm and tried to turn on the air but it kept getting hotter, later found out there's NO DUAL heat/air in the system. Worse hotel we ever stayed at.
