Lovely and clean
Receptionist young girl wasn’t that welcoming
comfortable room (junior suite), nice bathroom, plenty of towels, the pool, the view from the room. Our waiter in the hotel's restaurant was particularly wonderful!
no mini bar; while there was a welcome gift of chocolate, some potato chips and two bottles of water, there were no other drinks/food available in the room and there were no cups provided for coffee and tea, other than paper and plastic cups! The only restaurant on site, while open for breakfast, did not reopen till 4:30pm. Not even room service was available in between!
I like your location It was closer to track convenient to get there, but you should have a shuttle like other hotels. Do your prices are somewhat competitive. It was clean comfortable. Thank you so much. The staff was good too. The property was romantic the grounds very nice.
The bartender was wonderful. The desk clerks were kind. The shower had good water pressure and nice water feel.
The cook was drunk. The food was from the freezer and gross. He was 1.5 hours late for shift. Dropped food on the floor. I had to ask for toilet paper. The pillow felt like the pillow case was plastic.
Your front desk staff for the evening didn’t exactly meet my expectations from a Hilton quality standpoint. They looked as if they were going to convince me to join them on a Sasquatch hunt.

Great stay. Quick check in. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Good basic breakfast which was included in our rate. Walking distance to SPAC. Will definitely return!
I will start off by saying that the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Adriana was very helpful by assisting us filling our ice bucket multiple times, and providing us with amenities like towels and paper products. She was also very responsive at the front desk. The hotel was the perfect distance from the concert at SPAC with directions provided by staff which made the trip easier. Location of the building was right in the middle of state park and main strip of town too. Rooms were clean and perfect noise level for sleeping. We overall had a great experience with the Hilton Garden Inn and would stay again!

This hotel was clean and the proximity to town was walkable. Ideal location.
Bathroom sink took 15-20 minutes to drain, disgusting. AGM said they didn’t know. I checked reviews from July 2025 same issue. AGM basically called me a liar. Bathroom over all very dated just clean enough to not leave. I would never recommend this Hilton. I expected a very nice, modern, hotel, NOT at all. Hilton should be ashamed to put their name on it. At 200.00 per night. Race fans beware. Only good thing was breakfast which was an extra charge. Smh lesson learned.
