Breakfast was out quickly and good quality. The location is odd to get to and too close to a major highway.
The noise from the Highway was very bad.

Breakfast was expensive
Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and front desk staff was nice. We extended our stay a few times due to family being in Cleveland Clinic ICU and the staff was amazing.
Hot tub did not work like it should have, jets did not work.

The only two minor complaints are that the body wash container in the shower was empty or not working and there were a few hairs on the shower wall.
On late Sunday night July 5th many flights were canceled so there were many people checking in. The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and polite. He handled check-ins quickly and quickly it’s a smile. Excellent job.
I liked the facility when the power was on. The showers were quite nice. The facilities were very clean.
The power went out for several hours, the bathroom door refused to close, and the lights were very dim even when the power was on.

We had a Bowling Banquet there on Friday May 29, 2026. Everyone that we came in contact with was very nice and accommodating. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was inviting.
Close to the airport, shuttle service was great, restaurant and bar were very good.

I love that all of the staff were polite and helpful! The room was nice and clean. The hallways and lobby/common areas were clean too. It was nice without being too expensive and was perfect for two guests. I also love that because I’m a Hilton Honors member I get free wifi and two free bottles of water!
I stayed because I had an early flight. It wasn’t bad. It was a decent day not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, but not super dirty by any means.
