Hello, I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn LAX - El Segundo in Los Angeles with a booking made in advance through booking.com. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this stay and with your services. We paid extra for a package deal offered on your website which not only involved the room booking, but also added early check in, late check-out and a property credit of USD $25 for an ADDITIONAL booking fee. However, after checking with the hotel staff, they had not heard of this as a package booking offered from booking.com and therefore did not honour this package. We were not given the USD $25 property credit, and had to fight for a late check out, where we recieved a minimal amount after extensive debating with hotel staff. Even after debating that we still had the cleaners knocking on our door at normal check-out time.... We are very disappointed in this service from booking.com and are very dissatisfied that we paid extra for very minimal coverage - the hotel staff even said we paid an exceptionally large amount from our room. I would like some compensation for this FALSE ADVERTISING and would like to be refunded as the package deal was not honoured.
