Amazing service!
Pros:

I appreciated our front desk clerk so much. We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 am planning to check in and leave our suitcases with the front desk knowing that we were way too early for check in. Gry checked us in, assigned our double queen bed room, waived the early check in fee and gave us the keys to get in our room! Considering that I had to get up at 3:00 am that morning, it was such a blessing to get to go up to our room and rest until time to go meet our friend for lunch. Above and beyond. Thank you, Gry, and Fatima who was a pleasure to deal with upon check out! I would stay there again!

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Location was very convenient, a walking distance to the Old Town and very close to the Metro station to and from DC. We loved the overall experience in the hotel, we have to mention Sammy, the waiter at the restaurant, always kind and attentive.

Cons:

Perhaps parking price per day was a little bit high.

Wonderful & friendly staff!
Pros:

Great overall service!
Front Desk staff Tsigaretta,Olivia, Yeah, Fatima, Grey, & Adam were responsive & helpful with every request. Celeste & Marsha made themselves readily available to provide guidance as needs arose.
Manuel & Mohammed's breakfast service was superb. All staff was very friendly & welcoming.

For the Stay
Pros:

I stayed in the hotel for a few days and my experience was incredible. Specially with the people from the starbucks team. Jess was the barista who take cared of me, she was really kind and professional and she kept a positive attitude the whole time which made me to have a whole good experience.

Cons:

Limited choice breakfast was extremely expensive and cold. Room had no open view. Recommend you check with Booking about description of room sold through their site. It was misleading.

The Starbucks is located at the HILTON on King Street next to the Metro station in old town, Alexandria, Virginia .Channell and Diana were both professional, friendly and gave first class service!

I just wish that you had gift cards here, because Washington DC gift cards would be a great souvenir!

Gracious and spacious
Pros:

Greeted immediately with a smile, both Keah and Gray were welcoming and gracious. My friend and I arrived for one night, and as a Diamond member they immediately worked to get us in the best room possible. When we needed more items, they were equally generous with tending to our needs. The room is spacious and clean. Central location and easy to transportation. Highly recommend.
