The hotel is nice.
There was only one person taking and delivering food and drinks to pool guests. Way too much for one person.
My problem is with Bookings.com
I did not show up for my two nights reservation and yet I was billed for two nights instead of one night per cancellation policy.

there was no cappuccinos on sale on the facility. We prepaid for Breakfast and the fee charged was actually more than if we just went into restaurant and ordered.

Very rude check-in experience and whole front desk staff poor customer service. Unenthusiastic staff in dining room, flickering lights, food drowning in sauces yet very expensive. Extremely disappointed especially for price. No help with bags.

Location was great.
I got the shock of a lifetime when I found a roach scared the bleep out of me. Additionally, the adjoining restaurant is far too high priced for the quality of food and we had no room tidying until after 3pm but by then far too late. I also paid extra for early check in and late check out which they haggled over but ultimately told me I didn’t even need to have paid for that. Pool area was small but nice and service was good. Beds were pretty comfortable. But for 850$ for two nights absolutely not worth it based on my experience and I almost always stay at Hilton’s.
