Front desk staff EXCELLENT! Super friendly & helpful. Server at breakfast was WONDERFUL. I cannot remember his name. Breakfast food was TERRIBLE. Not worth 16.00 per person.

Cons:

Manager was rude (white older gentleman) Chicken nuggets were served one day which were terrible. Customers asked for sausage which made him angry.

Pros:

We went to a graduation. Afterwards we came back to the hotel and they let us use an area of the lobby to have a small party. The clerk and staff were absolutely amazing and helpful and made our stay wonderful

Cons:

we heard from other people the breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming so we didn't try it

Very Relaxing Stay
Pros:

We spent 11 nights here and were very pleased. Yes, some of the items in the room showed some signs of good use; however the staff, food, cleanliness, location (quiet and serene), atmosphere (friendly) were outstanding and made up for any wear and tear noticed. Every room recently received a brand new smart TV! The location was great for us, as my husband is a Moffitt patient. The workout room has a nice variety of machines, TRX and weights, and my husband enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff (Kayla, Collin, Shane, Nic, David, the chefs and maintneance staff) were all very personable and helpful. The burgers were the best, as were the specials and the breakfasts were made to order. All in all, it was a pleasurable stay during a challenging health situation. We highly recommend this place.

Roady weary to really rested
Pros:

We had an amazing experience. We were returning home from a cruise and ran into a really bad summer storm tired from the cruise and a long road ahead we decided to stay here. As soon as I met a smiling face at the front desk I was relieved. She was quick to listen to my story and offer a late check out. What a gift for my entire family. The next morning the house keeping staff met us with a smile and said take your time no rush. I am sure we were holding them late from their family on a Saturday but they scarified for the comfort of mine. Thank you. One last friendly smile from the morning shift and we were on our way. Trust your family with this family.
