Nice place, need better book keepers
Pros:

Great pool, clean rooms, nice staff. Location was convenient.

Cons:

The hotel charged my card 4 separate charges for 4 different people's reservations (each charge was $450+, $648, and some $800+ charge) The charges were refunded but the staff lied and said it was jsut ghost charges to test the validity of the card but i have never had a hotel make that many charges for those amounts. It was over $2,000 in charges.

On the last morning I was there, the AC vent fell off the wall, took some wallpaper with it, and revealed visible mold growth.

Beautiful place to stay
Pros:

I adored Alison so much she was incredible my family came in for a huge wedding and she didn’t even know that four of my members have cancer, and we got treated like kings and queens. She went out of her way to help me when she saw that I was very sad one day, even though I was with my family with all my worries for them , she went above and beyond anything and I’m only coming back if she is still working there because she was, felt like family.

Plenty of Black mold in room, price not worth one night.
Pros:

Front desk staff helpful.

Cons:

False advertising regarding our room being “ocean view”. No screen on window. Hallways smelly. Room had plenty of black mold all along the vent visible in ceiling, must have been more INSIDE/under the vent that we could not see. Price going to pay not worth it for one night stay.
