Die Mitarbeiter und Housekeeper waren alle sehr freundlich. Als wir einen Tag früher als gebucht abgereist sind, hat man uns den Betrag problemlos erstattet.

Cons:

Beim Check-In war die Dame an der Rezeption ziemlich emotionslos. Das hätte freundlicher sein können.

Pros:

Una muy buena opción bien ubicada junto a la zona comercial y con buen espacio. Está junto al Market y te puedes mover fácilmente a la parte histórica. La habitación incluía desayuno y estuvo dentro de lo esperado en cualquier ciudad de USA.

Cons:

El internet fue lo único que no funciono fue el wifi pero pudo ser por como quedo registrada la reserva a través de booking. Respecto a lo demás no tuvimos inconvenientes

I felt disrespected by the staff and taken advantage of.

It was a horrible experience.

Cons:

How disrespectful they were to me.
Do not book this hotel. They charged me teo hundred and 50 dollars for damaged. While i waited 6 hrs for someone to help me.
