The bed was to soft in the middle hurt my back and the comforter was stained

The breakfast was awful...
It was too pricey for such an old building, the shower and toilets were really old and not really stainless for a 5 star hotel...
Everything was clean. The view was awesome.
Parking was way too expensive for someone staying there. View from our window was awesome except having to look at the Casino flashing all night long took away from that. Should have an adult only pool and the infinity pool was dirty. Shower doors don’t stay shut and water got all over the floor.

I truly appreciated the efforts the staff put into bringing things up to my room when needed and I really enjoyed the view I had! The room was clean and I utilized the jacuzzi tub often! Highly recommend a King room with jet tub!

Room decor design is perfect to enjoy the panoramic views of both the US and Canadian falls. We could have not asked for anything more than what's offered in this Hilton Hotel.
That we had to leave for other plans in our trip!

The pool was terrible. To many people in the same pool. Children no was in their pool, no lifeguard... water too much chloride.
