Great hotel but you have to fix the dryers or cancel the laundry room
Pros:

The stuff was very helpful, especially Taylor at the front desk. The location was perfect.

Cons:

They said there is a laundry machine and a dryer, although they knew the dryer doesn’t work properly. If I knew it doesn’t work I would take my laundry somewhere else. Instead I spent a whole day trying to dry my clothes after using the washer.

Excellent with only minor negatives

Exceptional location, size of room, amenities at hotel and staff help, especially the concierge tourist info desk full of excellent advice!

Best hotel on the block
Pros:

Beautiful updated suite. They provided earplugs and I couldn't figure out why. It was quiet and we slept well.

It was a brief stay, but very nice and accommodating in every way. I highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

As we went out to pick up breakfast, one of the employees saw us outside the hotel entrance looking at our phones and came outside to offer guidance and advise concerning local restaurants. This was above and beyond our expectations, and greatly appreciated! Excellent people on staff at this hotel...truly awesome experience!

The perfect place to stay if you are a tourist in San Francisco!
Pros:

Just stay here !! The rooms are clean, the bathrooms look newly renovated, they have free hot beverages every morning, the have fancy water dispensers on every floor, The location is PERFECT (walk easily to every tour, trolly, bus and even a Trader Joe’s and discount food market ) AND EVERY MEMBER OF THE STAFF ARE BEYOND PLEASANT AND HELPFUL!!!! Shout out to the entire concierge desk for helping us find everything and being so welcoming.
