Mal desde primer momento con las dos recepcionista latinas.
Pros:

La decoración está muy bien, muy clásico y muy bonito.

Cons:

Los personales de la recepción son latinas, cotilleando de los trabajadores mientras hacer nuestro check in. Y le hablábamos en español, y nos contestaba siempre en inglés, fingir no hablan nada de español. Es muy mala educada y no son muy profesionales. Sin decir nada ni wifi ni servicio del hotel ni donde estaba el ascensor. Malísima. Estás dos personas no son del nivel de este tipo de hotel para nada. Y nos dio la tarjeta de la habitación sigue hablando entre ellas.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend. We were on a world trip and we travel a lot but this was one of our best surprises ever when it comes to an acommodation. It really is managed with attention to detail from storage in the bathroom, outlets by the bed, starbucks (!!) coffee in the room, enough towels, daily housekeeping…. Just everything is convenient!
Staff was extraordinary!

Good, but not the "Marriot" stay I expected
Pros:

Location was great, rooms was a good size with useful amenities, however there were a few things that were negative. The fridge randomly buzzed every night, which was pretty loud, the wardrobe is metal was it was always noisy opening the door, taking out/ putting back the ironing board etc and the street outside my window was busy with loud cars all night (this could be due to the exact room, but still worth noting).

When checking-in I was given lots of info, but the amount of leaflets and extra info about signing up to the membership was a little overwhelming after a long flight. It wasn't a huge issue, but not something I experienced at any of my other US hotels on this trip.

The laundry facilities were good, although 2 washers and 2 dryers meant they were mostly used, but they did the job once I was able to get a space. Also the staff were friendly during the stay.

I did find what looked like a small blood drop on the duvet, so switched it with the other bed in the room, but it wasn't a pleasant find.

Overall the room was okay if you get a good deal, but personally I'd probably look at other options before staying again, just to improve the sleep I got while staying there.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Cable car, wharf und italienische viertel sind um die Ecke. Es hat eibe tolle Terrasse um zu frühstücken, sofern man selber eingekauft hat ;-).

Pros:

The location was great. This staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I came for a conference from Australia and the team really supported me to make sure that I had everything I needed ready to go. It helped reduce my stress and I just felt like it was a great all-round experience.

Cons:

There was really nothing I didn't like.

Great San Francisco stay!
Pros:

Great location to explore the San Francisco waterfront!
We liked the gym and the daily activities the hotel offered, e.g. sampling of rolls from local bakery, walking tour, etc.
A nice touch was the free laundry (although I didn't realise it was only accessible from 9am-9pm, and I got locked out so my clothes got locked in the washer :-)

A nice short stay
Pros:

Great location, easy to go to get snacks and go to the pier. Liked that there was activities daily from the hotel.

Cons:

Courtyard is loud and the sound proofing between floors and rooms is poor. They give you earplugs in advance, so probably some thing that the hotels are aware of, but it did disturb our sleep for a few nights.

No breakfast is a hassle in the morning . An you introduce . I wouldn't mind paying bit extra.
Only one microwave in the lobby, we need at least two there to avoid huge queues at dinner time

Pros:

Great location, you can walk to pier and other places.

Cons:

It was soooo noisy, I had the worst stay there you can hear everything from the outside, people slamming doors, people on top of us walking so hard. It was impossible to have a good night of sleep. I can understand the noisy outside but the other noise from other guests it was completely unnecessary.
