Pros:

Everything : Customer Service was excellent. My daughter left her backpack in the room after we checked. When we returned to the front desk in 5 minutes, housekeeping had already returned it to the front desk.

I would use the hotel again if.they would put in garb bars .
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, a little pricey.

I did not have grab bars in the shower or around the toilet. I had a hard time using the shower and toilet.

The bed was reasonably comfortable.

Cons:

For one thing, there was a giant roach in the bathroom on the tissue box. Yuck.

More importantly, I was forced to stay because Delta made me miss my flight; I needed a receipt in order to get reimbursed. They told me they would send me a receipt via email, but it's been a week and we still don't have one, despite calling them multiple times to request that they send one to us. It has been very frustrating trying to get this simple task completed.

Me aloje por una noche por un vuelo demorado. Se encuentra muy cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

La habitación tenia la alfombra mojada. Por lo que evidentemente tenia una perdida en algún caño. El desayuno se sirve en un lugar tercerizado. Bastante malo y lentísimo. Y eso que no había casi gente. Y para colmo me cobraron 22 dólares del parking que no utilice. Para nada recomendable

First time staying at a Sonesta but was super impressed and would stay at again!
Pros:

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Needed a quiet place after my checkout and prior to my.fl8ght to record a couple minutes video homework assignment. They allowed me to use a conference room.

Cons:

The in-room supplies for the coffee. The prepackaged supplies for the coffee are not acceptable. There is one small packet of powdered creamer and 1 sugar packet per plastic package. I had to open all 4 packets and even then the coffee was not palatable. Please consider using little baskets with individual packets of creamer/sugar and the individually wrapped stir sticks like other jotels do. And or have a welcoming coffee bar in the lobby. For weary travelers a decent cup of coffee is a huge bonus amd shouldn't have to wait until the restaurant opens in the morning.
