Pros:

De sfeer in Holiday Inn Neuss is ontspannen en het personeel is klantgericht en gefocust op het welzijn van de gasten. De hygiëne staat op hoog niveau. In de rustige omgeving kun je gratis parkeren en er is een oplaadpunt in de nabijheid.
De standaard kamer is ruim en voorzien van een extra bankbed. De bedden zijn perfect, dubbele boxspring matrassen en keuze uit 2 verschillende hoofdkussens.

Cons:

Wij zijn pensionado's en de eindtijd van het ontbijt zou van ons wel wat later mogen!
De volgende keer gaan we weer naar dit hotel want eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen.
Klein minpuntje is dat het restaurant al vroeg in de avond wordt gedekt voor het ontbijt zodat de avondgasten niet vrij kunnen zitten.
