Location great, clean and comfortable.
We ordered evening meal each day, but no one recoded the second night so we had to eat later than we wanted,
It served us well for our overnight stop. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast the following morning. We enjoyed a good nights sleep. We also enjoyed the canal side view and the walk we took along that stretch of canal.
Parking is limited and tight but it worked.

It is a handy location.
It is getting too expensive.
Staff were friendly, breakfast was good value and included within the price.

Hotel was clean and in good location
Whilst checking into the room the receptionist wasn’t most professional, taking calls whilst booking us in and having us stand waiting until she had finished on the phone to give us our room keys.
An hour after this, at 15:30, me and my girlfriend were in the room when two members of staff entered the room unannounced (no phonecall prior or a knock on the door before entry) followed by saying “what time did you book in? we didn’t think the room had been handed over” leaving me and my partner quite disturbed feeling our privacy could be breached so easily without warning at any point.
The following morning me and my partner were woken up by contractors at 8am outside our door ripping up the corridor carpet and working in the room opposite ours.
Location is stunning. Hotel was clean and nice.
Nothing about the property itself but there was a child’s prom party in the venue hall. Children were running all round the hotel screaming and shouting. Kids knocking on our door.
Nice location with the canal around the hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly. I also loved that they cater to the kids with a little goody bag. Food was lovely and the property was generally clean and tidy.
Poop changing rooms were none existent and basically a shared room to get changed and generally wear and tear of the rooms. But it was clean and still a lovely stay, we would come back.
Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable bed and great choice for breakfast was was good too! Would definitely return!
