Bathroom: mirror damaged, a three fixture light over the sink, only had one working light bulb. The shower wall had missing tile, and the flsubs5ance that was used was cracked and split. No wash clothes were offered. Floors were dirty. Mirrors smeared, wiped with dirty cloth. Beds were comfortable. Basically the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

It a bad place.
Pros:

Nothing it was HORRIBLE. The sheet were dirty, and when I went into the bathroom it had feces in the toilet. And when we asked the room attendant, if they can clean the toilet, she put water on a towel and wiped it out no disinfectant, no cleaning products. It was very, very bad there. I didn't even spend the whole night there. I didn't even check out at 11 I checked out at 4 in the morning and I couldn't even get my refund back. There were people out in the front, making drug deals, people walking up-and-down the parking lot. It wasn't a good experience. And on top of that, I paid for a double Queen and got 2 full size beds, and then to ask for my refund. He didn't want to give it to me.

My experience at North Miami Beach Gardens Inn & Suites was extremely disappointing, and I will not be staying at this property again.
Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk employee named Alex, whose customer service was unprofessional, impatient, and discourteous. Rather than attempting to resolve the issues I experienced, he made the situation significantly worse. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that no manager was available. I find it difficult to believe there was no way to contact management, especially given the circumstances.
After waiting for several hours, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. Alex stated that he was unaware of the issue, yet the maintenance employee advised me that the problem was already known. Instead of addressing the situation appropriately, I felt that I was intentionally placed in an unsuitable room.
I arrived shortly after midnight and was not able to get into a room until approximately 3:30 a.m. Unfortunately, because the room was extremely hot due to the broken air conditioner, I was only able to sleep for about 20 to 30 minutes and woke up drenched in sweat. When I returned to the front desk to explain the situation, my concerns were dismissed. Alex showed no interest in resolving the issue and appeared more concerned with ending the conversation than assisting a paying guest.
This experience was frustrating, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. Guests expect a clean, comfortable room and courteous customer service, especially after arriving late at night. Instead, I received neither.
Because I was unable to get adequate rest due to the hotel’s failure to provide a functional room and the lack of professional customer service, I am requesting a full refund. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and believe the level of service I received fell far below reasonable hospitality standards.
