Отель старый все убитое.бассейн маленький. Даже крошечный.вода в нем холодная он без подогрева.2 сауны то же не очень.завтрак не стоит тех денег что за него платят. А еще у нас украли курточку в шкафу номера.не рекомендую вообще.в хайфа есть место на много лучше для проживания.я сама живу в Израиле и точно знаю что есть места с лучшим сервисом и отношением

The hotel is old and everything is run-down. The pool is small, actually tiny. The water is cold and it isn't heated. The two saunas aren't great either. The breakfast is not worth the money they charge for it. Furthermore, a jacket was stolen from us in our room's closet. I don't recommend it at all. There are much better places to stay in Haifa. I live in Israel myself and I know for a fact that there are places with much better service and attitude.

The girl in the front desk told me and my husband that the room has no smoking erea... when we entered the room there was a balcony which my husband can smoke in.. she had no knowledge of the hotels room???!!
