Price seemed good before arrival. That is really all I can say that is good about this hotel.

Dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. Gobs of human hair on the bedroom floor. which was fake hardwood. Walkways around the rooms heavily stained. Fence on the border of the property looks like a truck ran into it. There was a landline phone in the room which was not connected. The agent said they are working on getting the phones fixed. TV was not working so I called the front desk for help 3 times but they never answered. I had to walk to the front desk to fix the issue. The agent was in the parking lot helping his friend clean his car -that is why I didn't get an answer to my call. He gave me a note with instructions on how to program the tv. I did not see the hair on the floor mentioned above until I had been in the room for 2 hours - probably because the room is not well lit. I used paper towels to clean the floor and took them to the front desk to complain. The agent accused me of creating the mess so that I could use the room for a couple of hours and then get a refund. He also said he could not give a refund, that I had to contact Corporate! The bathroom was also dirty. There is nothing "quality" about this place. You should stay FAR away from this hotel.

The room was fine. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Exterior is very run down. A broken down van sat outside our door that had been there long enough for weeds to have grown up around tires. It had a 2024 tag on it. One window was broken out and had a trash bag taped to cover it. When we left in the morning a man was sitting in it smoking. He must have been living in it. We were put in a room with vending machines right at our door. People were using it all night long. At one point there was a smell of marijuana. The breakfast was non existent. A sign said they were out of orange juice. No jellies No cream cheese Just a machine for waffles Bagels and toast is all plus cereal Very disappointing

The room was FILTHY !!!!!! The only thing that I received was a roof over my head!

Cons:

The occupants next door has a large dog that kept scratching and growling to get on my room from the connecting door ! The occupant had a child she scolded so badly that the police were called by other tenants! There was actually blood and feces on the walls !!!! There was no mini bar there wasn’t even a phone in the room ! The list goes on and on

Did not feel safe with faulty door.

Cheap than Marriott. Close to Mall and my destinations

Cons:

Breakfast was cheap. Needed more shot food- eggs sausage, potatoes. No juice. Limited fruit and the apple
Had no flavor.
Door did not shut flush with frame. Made you feel unsafe.Inside of room looked clean but not look inviting. No updates. Bland looking. Dresser drawers stuck.
