Charming place to stay near Kansai
Pros:

Bellevue Garden Hotel was our first stop in Japan after a late flight to Kansai. The hotel exudes traditional Japanese charm evidenced in the exceptional staff and amenity. Breakfast offered a selection of both Japanese and Western cuisine so it was great to sample some new foods. We caught the shuttle bus to and from the airport and also to Rinku Premium Outlet complex. It was so convenient. The hotel is in a low-key neighbourhood, lovely to wander around and get a feel for Japan. There was a supermarket across the street and it was a short walk to the train station where we found quite a few restaurants/ izakayas and a fab place to eat okinomiyaki! Thank you Tabata for all your help with arrangements. We loved the baggage transfer service.

Great hotel for a night near the airport
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The room had a nice view. The breakfast buffet was large. The food at the restaurant was good and the waitress was friendly. Price for the room was half what we paid for similar hotel in Kyoto.

Cons:

The hotel has a shuttle bus that will take you to the airport, but its hours are limited. If you miss it, a taxi will cost you $50 ... I know :(

Pros:

Quick and easy stay close to the airport.
Pros:

Free shuttle from airport to hotel and return. Breakfast was good mix of Japanese and Western foods.
