Please note that, as of 20 March 2019, the hotel no longer offers the following facilities: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam room.

Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check out any time before 12:00 on the day of departure.

A security pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night is required upon arrival for incidentals on a credit card. This pre-authorization is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorization hold can take up to 7 days to release back into the guest’s account.

We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.

While we’re delighted to offer these discounted options, please note that parking is managed externally, and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Limited car parking spaces are available at the hotel for guests requiring accessible car parking and for vehicles over 6.7 feet including coaches. These cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability upon arrival.

Please be advised that the card used for advance purchase rate reservations must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so will result in an alternative payment being required or refusal of check-in.

Please note that the hotel hosts Christmas parties in the evening during November and December, which conclude at 00:30. During these events, there will be limited restaurant service available at the property.

QUALITY HOTEL THIS!
Pros:

Fantastic staff particularly on breakfast! Breakfast best I’ve had in hotel for a while! Hotel spotless and modern, spacious rooms with excellent bed.

Thoroughly enjoyable.
Pros:

Staff were amazing! Food was lovely, esp the pancakes at breakfast. Clean hotel.

Cons:

Only downside, four of us in the room but only two cups and coffee and tea for two. Asked for more and were given some no problem.

Great stay, lovely staff, definitely get the breakfast!
Pros:

Stayed a night with my partner at this hotel. Lovely suite, very clean and good quality. The hotel was very classy in decor and feel. The breakfast included was so good, hot and fresh and lots of variety. A very lovely chap called Francisco waited our table throughout breakfast and was very friendly and helpful, along with all the other staff we encountered. Very happy with our stay!
