Please note that, as of 20 March 2019, the hotel no longer offers the following facilities: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam room.

Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check out any time before 12:00 on the day of departure.

A security pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night is required upon arrival for incidentals on a credit card. This pre-authorization is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorization hold can take up to 7 days to release back into the guest’s account.

We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.

While we’re delighted to offer these discounted options, please note that parking is managed externally, and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Limited car parking spaces are available at the hotel for guests requiring accessible car parking and for vehicles over 6.7 feet including coaches. These cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability upon arrival.

Please be advised that the card used for advance purchase rate reservations must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so will result in an alternative payment being required or refusal of check-in.

Please note that the hotel hosts Christmas parties in the evening during November and December, which conclude at 00:30. During these events, there will be limited restaurant service available at the property.

It's a convenient hotel when staff are around.

Convenience of the location

Cons:

There was no staff at the desk for 5mins and no other visible way of handling back my key card to the hotel unlike premier inn. Also wasn't a fan of the female staff member who got offended by my frustration when I wanted to leave because I was in a hurry.

Pros:

Spacious room and huge comfotable bed. Staff couldn't be more helpful or cheerful, front desk and breakfast staff. Breakfast was great and good value.

Cons:

Signage to the footpath into the city centre could be improved. Plus clearer explanation on line about the parking options and relative costs.

Good location, breakfast. Walking 7 minutes to car park was not good.

Clean through out and very good breakfast. Polite restaurant staff.

Cons:

We stayed in room 618 and all through night we had noisy neighbours. Had to report to reception at 2.30pm. So did not feel rested.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen von Leicester. Perfekt für ein paar Nächte!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der High Street in Leicester.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer in einem oberen Stockwerk mit tollem Blick über die Stadt.

Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und groß.

Man hat sich hier sehr wohlgefühlt, auch wegen dem netten Hotelpersonal.

Gerne wieder :-)
