Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check out any time before 12:00 on the day of departure.
A security pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night is required upon arrival for incidentals on a credit card. This pre-authorization is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorization hold can take up to 7 days to release back into the guest’s account.
We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.
While we’re delighted to offer these discounted options, please note that parking is managed externally, and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Limited car parking spaces are available at the hotel for guests requiring accessible car parking and for vehicles over 6.7 feet including coaches. These cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability upon arrival.
Please be advised that the card used for advance purchase rate reservations must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so will result in an alternative payment being required or refusal of check-in.
Please note that the hotel hosts Christmas parties in the evening during November and December, which conclude at 00:30. During these events, there will be limited restaurant service available at the property.

Whole hotel experience was fantastic. Francisco during breakfast showed great service with a smile friendly staff and great variety of food.

bit more lighting in the room; there were different types of lights around the room, but not enough in the main area. I struggled to see the creases while ironing.

Because of the location of the hotel, it can get noisy. Hotel staff were kind enough to move us to a quieter room
Minimal furniture in the rooms
Staff generally good but one or two front desk staff a bit combative. No walk-in shower.
Overall friendly staff. Especially Robert who engaged with us daily. The breakfast was tasty. However we would have appreciated a bit more variation. The bed was comfortable and made well. The hotel is also within walking distance of city center which was very practical for us. Overall pleasant experience.

This was another stay at St. Nicholas Circle because of the location being a short walk from the city centre and the spacious rooms. The rooms are always clean, although on this visit the housekeeping forgot to attend to our room for a 2 night stay. We requested clean towels, which wasn’t a problem. The staff are very friendly and helpful at such a busy hotel. Breakfast was very nice, with a full menu available. The staff in all areas of the hotel are accommodating and go above and beyond, thank you. We had a great stay for my daughters graduation day!
