A fair place for a good price
Pros:

The location has a good breakfast buffet with waffles, hot and cold cereal, breads, eggs, yogurt and coffee and juices.

Cons:

It was in the parking lot of a Food 4 Less grocery store with customer traffic intil midnite. There is construction going on in the complex so workers, work vehicles and some noise. The bed was a bit old and the bathroom shower was about adequate. It appeared a bit run down.

The staff is wonderful so A+ to all of them, but I would never recommend staying here even for the price due to the area
Pros:

The lobby area was nice, rooms were ok for the price, breakfast was included and decent. Staff was all great; really friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The area is not good. It says gated parking but most parking is shared parking lots with other sketchy area businesses and homeless. We had someone knocking on our window at 11:30pm scaring my child. The pool area was also always filthy with trash, empty beer bottles, gross tables and never any towels.

Disappointment
Pros:

Aren't able to get a refund for that room.

Cons:

I didn't like that we were charged for an additional room we didn't need after all.. We tried to cancel the xtra room but were unable to get a refund. We will not be using booking.com in the future.

Maids are very friendly.

Close location to Food4Less.

Cons:

The one female concierge was very rude with me every time I have stayed there.

The new "breakfast guard" was accusing me of had already been down for breakfast, and argued with me about his "sign in sheet".

After he finally let me in to get the breakfast (I had not already claimed, as he claimed) he again argued with me as I was walking out of the dining area...very abrasive and rude.
