Unexceptable, pictures are a lie

The bar

Cons:

The whole facility was dirty, dingy worn down. Room was mildewy and was filthy. Hotel staff rude, used profanity, and demeaning. I left for the day and left my belongings on the bed I had slept in to come back and they touched all my belongings and made the bed, touched my dirty clothes on the floor etc.

Older gentleman bruce who works the breakfast doubles as a bodyguard watch out ha. He also made my wife very uncomfortable

Pros:

El servicio fue impecable. La atención de Bruce y Miriam fue destacada. Todos los días muy atentos con nosotros en todo momento. La piscina tiene al lado un Tiki Bar, excelente. Con comidas muy variadas y ricas, a buen precio.
Agregaría quitasoles en la piscina.
El servicio de desayuno fue muy bueno. Y la limpieza e instalaciones perfectas. Volvería sin duda.

This place has a cool vibe, it is clean, cozy, and comfy. The staff was so nice, specially Bruce and Miriam in the breakfast area. Overall an amazing experience, highly recommend staying here!!!

I didn't stay, due to some mistake they canceled my reservation and booking relocated me to another hotel.
