Cons:

Le temps d'attente a l'accueil. Tout est tres improvise, cahotique, les installations sont vieilles, le desk des agents d'accueil est couvert de papiers, la salle des bagages est un vrai capharnaum, la piscine est sale et les vestiaires sentent l'urine. Bref, nous n'avons pas eu l'impression de sejourner dans un hotel (encore moins un Mercure) mais dans une auberge de jeunesse.

Amazing place to stay
Pros:

Environment, Reception and location. A very quiet and awesome place to stay with the family even for business meeting

Cons:

Presence of pets without covering them properly. Need stickers or signals for the owner for the safety of other visitors please.

Fint pool område. Dejligt udcheckning først var kl 12. Godt fitness område

Lidt slidt værelse. En del af morgenmaden skulle vi vente på, selvom der ikke var ret mange gæster i restauranten

Cons:

Chambre défraichie, climatisation bruyante et pleine de poussières. Impossible d'envisager de passer une nuit avec nos enfants dans cette chambre. L'ensemble de l'établissement est indigne de la chaîne d'hôtel Mercure.
Aucune solution de remplacement ne nous a été proposé et nous avons donc dû trouver une solution de repli en dernière minute ( à 22h ) sans aucune aide du personnel de la réception. Extrêmement déçu de cette expérience de la chaîne Mercure.

Praktisch, um auf der Durchreise zu übernachten.
Pros:

Die Preis-Leistung hat soweit gestimmt, dass die Kinder etwas in den Pool konnten und wir nahe der Autobahn übernachten konnten.

Cons:

Die Fenster waren so morsch, dass man sie nicht ganz schliessen konnte und wir somit der Autobahn zuhören durften. Der Poll war warm und hatte keine Duschen. Dementsprechend viel Chlor war darin. Aber bei diesem Preis durften auch die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch sein.

Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel est incroyable, il est au petit soin pour les clients afin de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible ce qui est un point positif.
Les lits sont très confortable, ce qui est aussi un point très agréable.

Cons:

La propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous (preuve en photo). Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car la première était délabrée, ce qui a immédiatement été fait par le personnel de l’hôtel (qui a fait de son mieux) mais à vrai dire la deuxième chambre n’était pas meilleure.
Le ménage n’était pas fait impeccable au sein de l’hôtel, il y avait des ordures laissées par les clients un peu partout.
L’hôtel est relativement délabré et il devrait y avoir des rénovations afin d’accroître le confort de cliente et évite ce genre de remarque.
Concernant le petit déjeuner, il n’y a rien d’extraordinaire.
