The friendly staff
Great location in the CBD. Close to the main shopping area and the train station.
Also close to a good variety of restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and happy to help out with any requests. We opted for valet parking which was very useful and a great time saver in regards to not having to find other parking options for our hire car..
The hotel rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The Hotel restaurant was under renovation so there was a pop-up restaurant. There were no menus at the reception area so that we could see the meal options before we went up to the pop-up restaurant.. on the night we visited there weren’t that many options that we were interested in.

close to where we had to be for a wedding, breakfast was ok although the pepper mill fell apart in my hands for some reason covering me in pepper corns
Waiting for the lift there was a line almost going out the main entrance sometimes and the lift was very small, and quite noisy at night was there work going on at night? don't think it was worth over $600 for one night
Spacious room, nice bathroom. Fantastic location, so convenient for train from airport & easy to get around.
Only 1 lift operational. Spend lots of time waiting. And when lift did arrive it was full of people.

The fact the restaurant was closed and we weren't told when booking, also found it inconvenient that only one lift was operational with long wait times

The hotel is family friendly and the location is good. Tours pick up from the hotel, and public transport is near. Staff are friendly, and the restaurant's food is brilliant as well. Room is spacious, clean and overall comfortable.

Le restaurant était en travaux, donc non fonctionnel.
Idem pour les ascenseurs en maintenance, donc 1 seul ascenseur fonctionnait sur les 3 et vu le nombre de chambres, on a été obligé de prendre régulièrement l'escalier suite à une attente trop longue !

The way the kids were treat! They felt like royalty so many little extras. The lady at reception was fantastic straight to the kids with balloons, treat bags and explained about the kids treats. They really enjoyed the little extras
