Pros:

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was lovely. The complimentary water bottles.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room, my sheets, had hair through them. The grout in shower was dirty on floor. Pillows not good in any way.

Pros:

It was clean, close to the city and having 24hr room service, especially as we arrived late with 2 kids was fantastic. Buffet style breakfast was great and had a fantastic variety of foods. The option to hold bags on checkout was also available and made our checkout experience stress free. The taxi rank was also across the street with a 2min walk.

Cons:

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay.

Good for short stays.
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Spacious rooms. Close to the main city and sight-seeing. Many restaurants in the city.

Cons:

Elevators slow. Difficult to find parking. Only two 600ml water bottles included when arriving. Shower is single hand-held with low pressure. Not much food options at the restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. Great location. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Perth CBD.
Pros:

Great location in the CBD. Close to the main shopping area and the train station.
Also close to a good variety of restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and happy to help out with any requests. We opted for valet parking which was very useful and a great time saver in regards to not having to find other parking options for our hire car..
The hotel rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The Hotel restaurant was under renovation so there was a pop-up restaurant. There were no menus at the reception area so that we could see the meal options before we went up to the pop-up restaurant.. on the night we visited there weren’t that many options that we were interested in.

Not sure the hotel should be open when there's so much renovation going on,
Pros:

close to where we had to be for a wedding, breakfast was ok although the pepper mill fell apart in my hands for some reason covering me in pepper corns

Cons:

Waiting for the lift there was a line almost going out the main entrance sometimes and the lift was very small, and quite noisy at night was there work going on at night? don't think it was worth over $600 for one night
