Really simple but easy
Mouldy and lifts were slow
The hotel is family friendly and the location is good. Tours pick up from the hotel, and public transport is near. Staff are friendly, and the restaurant's food is brilliant as well. Room is spacious, clean and overall comfortable.

Le restaurant était en travaux, donc non fonctionnel.
Idem pour les ascenseurs en maintenance, donc 1 seul ascenseur fonctionnait sur les 3 et vu le nombre de chambres, on a été obligé de prendre régulièrement l'escalier suite à une attente trop longue !

The way the kids were treat! They felt like royalty so many little extras. The lady at reception was fantastic straight to the kids with balloons, treat bags and explained about the kids treats. They really enjoyed the little extras
It was a great stay, theres work being done in certain areas but didnt massively impact us
very dim, small room, great location though... and the entry , elevators etc were very untidy bordering on dirty

Rooms were good, spacious and clean. Location is right in the heart of the CBD and close to shops and restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful!!
Lifts were very slow due to building works and breakfast was very average even though it was relocated to a conference room whilst current restaurant is being renovated.

Staff were lovely, rooms were clean and tidy.
I knew this going in but there is no pool at this hotel. What I didn’t know was there were renovations going on. The hotel buffet breakfast felt limited and having breakfast in the conference rooms gave off a cramped feel. The air also felt stuffy without turning on the air cons
The room was clean and nice size bathroom and the bed was very comfortable
