Poor service. Would not recommend
Pros:

I never stayed there. I canceled the same day I checked in and still have not received a refund from booking.com. Worst experience ever and I will never book through booking.com or recommend them to anyone nor the hotel. The manager was very rude and was never available. No one has followed up with me. 0/10 recommendations

Cons:

I never stayed there but things were broke or non working in the room. The room/ the hotel did not meet my expectations
