We had a great stay, and the staff was very nice! The breakfast was very good and nice and hot!

Brown water
Pros:

Harvey was great

Cons:

The water was dark brown. They were not forthcoming with why it was brown. Couldn't wash hands, brush teeth nor shower. Other guests complained of same problem. We went to bar. Literally not one product on menu was available to make other than beer, unsure of wine. Didn't have coke to do basic rum and coke. No food to order even though advertised.

Booking dot com is not a satisfactory service in my opinion. Rather reserve directly through the hotel

Cons:

Could not verify which hotel in Raleigh or Cary my reservation was and had to book a night with Holiday Inn Express Apex, NC for 2 rooms because Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express could not locate the reservation for which hotel I was staying. Will not use Booking.com again.

Kind service, excellent rooms!
Pros:

Mr. Harvey checked us in at the front desk and I have never had such exceptional customer service. He was kind, attentive, and comedic while remaining professional. Room was clean and we had everything we needed!

Cons:

The pool only goes to 5ft deep and has a very strong chemical smell. More than the usual chlorine smell of other pools. Breakfast was underwhelming.

IT WAS A GREAT FAMILY TRIP.
Pros:

THIS FACILITY WAS WONDERFUL. ALL OF THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT, HELPFUL AND ALWAYS ACCOMMADATING. YHR HOTEL WAS CLEAN, SMELLED AMAZING AND EVERYTHNG WAS AS ADVERTISED. THE BREAKFAST WAS BETTER THAN MOST DINERS...IT WAS PERFECT. WE WILL TRY AND STAY HERE ANY TIME WE HAVE TO TRAVEL TO RALEIGH.
